Ceiling was falling in from water damage and the stairs leading up to the second level were rusted out and a potential safety hazard. Parking was a plus if hauling a boat or trailer.

Advertised complimentary continental breakfast, when actually no breakfast is available at all. Room was very dirty. Gap all the way around door between frame. So much noise (arguing and thumping bass music) by tenants that appeared to be long-term. Bed springs were bulging terribly.
