Stayed 3 nights. Had booked accessible room two months before arrival date. Unfortunately, we were not given the room that we had booked so we were disappointed. Since we were staying 3 nights, we changed rooms the next day but was still a hassle with my hubby being handicapped. The rooms are equipped with dishes but all rooms are not checked for inventory. Had no knife in second room, no pepper…minor stuff but still. Second and third night we heard the highway so best to ask for quiet room!! Since we changed rooms, the wifi didn’t work in second room. Went to front desk, they didn’t know why so he gave me a special code. Staff was friendly and give out cookies which were very good. Elsa at breakfast bar is friendly!
