Hotel muito velho, quarto pequeno, elevador estragado, toalhas poidas, amenities usados no banheiro. As fotos não condizem com o local. Única coisa boa foi o transfer gratuito de hora em hora para o aeroporto, porém funcionário extremamente mal educado.

This place is pretty rough. Seems clean enough, but the room we had was totally devoid of any color or charm or anything. I guess for the price it was ok, but the owners should spend a little effort on the overall look. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty rough, as well. No dine in restaurants we could find in walking distance. That being said, my wife found us an amazing restaurant the Bayhouse, which was a quick Uber away. It was great. We really enjoyed it!

Horrible Experience!!!

I would NEVER recommend this hotel. They gave our rooms away leaving my family & kids stranded in the middle of the night in New York with no place to stay & ended up having to sleep in Penn Station for 6 hours!!! The front desk attendant was extremely uncaring, unaccommodating, unprofessional & flat out indifferent! This should never happen to any family & is the WORST hotel!

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel had a terrible smell that made it really uncomfortable to stay in. On top of that, we couldn’t sleep at all because from 11 PM to 4 AM, there were people constantly going in and out, making noise in the hallways. There was also loud music and a lot of noise coming from a nearby room throughout the night. It felt more like a party hostel than a place to rest. Definitely not the relaxing stay we were hoping for.

Courteous staff even of computer system was down.

Hotel staff who checked me was very helpful and courteous. Hotel had computer system issues but this lady at the check in counter was very courteous and made everyone comfortable. Once computer system started working she completed all check in and check outs very efficiently. Keep up the good work.

Mal servicio para traslado al aeropuerto.

El hotel menciona que tiene servicio al aeropuerto, solo lo hace cada hora y nosotros como turistas extranjeros confiamos en esa situación. Cuando íbamos a tomar el bus nos mencionaron que ya estaba lleno y teníamos que esperar para que regresara, ósea como media hora y sólo te llevan a la estación que te mueve a todas las terminales. Entonces quien guste tomar ese servicio tómelo en cuenta porque yo creo que necesitarían irse unas 3 horas antes. El hotel ya está un poco viejo y las habitaciones ya muy descuidadas. Yo no lo recomiendo.

Rooms are ok, property rundown

The location and hours of the shuttle made this very convenient for my early morning flight from JFK. The motel itself is rundown, and it was a bit noisy--both from the road and the other occupants. Sheets / towels /bathrooms all perfectly clean. Some stains on the wall and coffee maker was missing its tray. Accessibility difficult, as I would have needed 2 elevators to get to my room.

My stay was no good room smell like cigarettes and I ask for non smoker -the blinds were broken and not to clean -they said I could had stay until 1:30pm and than they wanted to charge me -the individual said something else on the phone and then a different story whrr ed n I got there -will not book my stay there again

Do Not Book This Hotel

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL... We booked to stay here through hotels.com. When we arrived late at night with our 2 small children we were told our room would have no lock on the door. We accepted as it was the only room available after a long flight. When we went to our room it was already occupied with someone's luggage and the beds had been slept in. We went back to reception and were told there were no other rooms and we would have to stay somewhere else. The hotel refused to provide a refund. The staff and management are very unhelpful and rude. Disgusting experience and customer service. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, pay a bit more money and stay at a proper hotel.
