We stayed for 10 hours on an overnight layover from JFK. The staff was nice and the shuttle was helpful to and from federal circle. The rooms are very old and it was loud from the outside noise. Wouldn’t stay there for any other reason than a layover but it was fine for a bed and shower.

1. Receptionist didn't guide properly for airport shuttle from jfk to hotel.
2. Hotel is noisy with no sound proofing whatsoever.
3. In name of breakfast the have toast and butter and waffle batter. They dont restock stuff for breakfast.
4. Airport shuttle is limited seats and only runs once a hour, so if they are full or you miss it, you gotta wait.

Front desk was not helpful with where to get some dinner. And barely seemed to care we were checking in. We were told to"take your luggage down stairs" to reach the elevator. There was a lift but it wasn't offered. Maybe it didn't work? Hotel was shabby. Breakfast was out of everything except white toast, a waffle machine, OJ and coffee. No yogurt, fruit or pastries. This hotel is barely adequate.

Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
My family and I booked a room at the Quality Inn during a layover in New York. We arrived at the hotel at 9 pm, very ready to head to sleep after a long flight. While booking we had opted for the option to pay for the hotel on arrival. Once we arrived we were notified that we had no booking as there was an issue with charging our card prior to our arrival so they had called us (we did not receive a single phone call) and when they didn't get an answer they cancelled our booking. They offered us to make a new booking on the spot and in the middle of trying to do that all of a sudden there was only one room available, when we needed two. The customer service was terrible and staff gave us nothing but attitude and were extremely rude and unhelpful. We had no choice but to find another hotel close to 10 pm with a flight to catch early the morning after. Would not recommend this place at all.

Not high quality!
The TV was broken. The ice machine was broken. The mirror in the room was broken. That hotel is BROKEN! The room needs a deep clean and remodel.

The night receptionist needs to let people use elevator to take luggage to lower level. When we arrived she said we had to use steep stairs, NO elevator. She said that area where elevator was a storage closet! On our return the bus driver showed us the elevator. Don’t lie to the guests and say you need to use stairs which are us safe with large suitcase. We did enjoy our stay and will return to your hotel when going to JFK.

Good stay location for JFK Airport transfer
Staffs are friendly and very convenient to go to hotel and return back to JFK airport by using its shuttle bus service.

Quality Inn JFK Dissapointment
I had a guaranteed reservation got to hotel (Quality Inn JFK) at 3.40 pm. They stated there was no reservation for me. I SHOWED them proof on my phone. The guy at the front desk said the charged my card before my arrival and when ot did not go through they cancelled my reservation and there is no more room at the hotel. So I have to scout for another means of accomodation.

Very clean but NOT accessible!
You need to take steps down into the dining area in order to access the hallway and elevator. This means carrying your luggage down and up several steps on arrival and departure.
