Stained bedding. Dirty floors. Broken baseboards and trim. No anemeties. Asked for cash deposit. Staff asked personal questions at check in. Witnessed clerk yelling at customers. Dirty lobby. Staff asked to keep my ID to borrow an iron. Felt unsafe and decided to book elsewhere.

I was really disappointed the manager was very nasty and yelling at me the breakfast included had bugs in the cereal and I saw a lot of bugs in my room it was a horrible experience

I stayed bc i wanted a smoking room and you get what you pay for so not complaining about the room but i was absolutely disappointed for breakfast. They only had a half loaf of bread, cheerios and frosted flakes:( Do better please!

The room was nice enough and met the price we paid for the evening. Note: They require a $50 CASH DEPOSIT. I don't understand why these places don't put this in bold letters before you reserve the room, but it is annoying.

We were surprised to learn that there was a $50.00 cash deposit for smoke free rooms. We got it back at checkout, but the fact there was one was not expected. There was lots of noise outside. While our room was a non-smoker room, folks smoked outside near the room, so smoke came into the room.

Hotels.com never confirmed the stay, despite me booking a month in advance. I was never notified, and was only informed of the issue by the hotel clerk upon arrival. This left me having to find a place to stay in Charlotte last minute on the weekend of the Coca Cola 600, and having to come out of pocket so I didn't have to sleep in my car. When I called Hotels.com to rectify the issue, I was forwarded multiple times and hung up on. I have still not received a refund for the stay I never got to have.

the "Hot breakfast" was a half empty cheerios fruit loops dispenser with a half cool gallon of milk below, a couple of slices of white bread in a clear container, a coffee machine. and that's it. no juice no fruit, it was horrible. No hair dryer in the room a fridge that sounded like someone was kicking the wall when it kicked on and off. the worst possible review i have ever given a hotel. I would prefer staying in my car instead of this hole,

We stayed in room 204. It was a little hard to find but we found it. The hotel staff was friendly. The security cameras all around the property made it feels safe but at the same time a little overbearing. About the overall stay was good. We didn't eat the breakfast due to only one person allowed in the office out of time.

The hotel is in a rougher part of town and they charge a 50$ cash only deposit on arrival, with the extra, 50$ on arrival it would have been the same price to start downtown Charlotte. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. They also claim a Continental breakfast. It's just Cheerios. That it. So it's ok if you have to stay there but if you can go else where I would
