Arrived and was surprised that it was a remote check-in, but that went without any problems. Next morning had breakfast and the gentleman that managed the breakfast room was extremely friendly, helpful and went beyond to make the stay more comfortable. He also informed of local events for the next few days which helped fill the void after the day excursions. Will definitely book again, A+++++

Loud ice machine outside made noise throughout the night. Broken tiles on floors, etc. However, bed and toiletries were clean. Breakfast was minimal. If you're looking for a hotel with breakfast included you're better off getting a nearby hotel for cheaper that doesn't have breakfast then just grabbing a bite at one of the nearby restaurants. Staff was helpful.

Nice breakfast. Easy walk to shopping. Different Ethnic cuisines across from this hotel. Bus stop just in from of this hotel. Bus can take you to and from the Arcata /Eureka Airport.please refer to their website for most current schedules..

The room was filthy. There was a large 6 inch brown stain on the bed covering. There was hair and some other stuff on the sink. The chair was disgusting as well. The doors at the end of the hall were propped open with a traffic cone which would allow anyone to enter the building. Considering there was a bus stop with homeless people in front of the property I view this as a safety issue. The check in is all done virtually and the person has no working knowledge of the hotel. Once I checked in and saw the room I had to immediately leave.
