Hotel needs updated and cleaned

Upon arrival, there was only one guest service attendant at the desk on the night of a Cleveland guardians game. We waited in line for over 40 minutes to check into the hotel. Our room was completely filthy and not up to standard for a Hilton hotel at all.

Ok-ish

Hotel was ok at best. Once again, pool and hot tub were not in service. I really wish these things would be made known to users on apps like hotels.com. Especially when i am travelling with kids that are looking forward to swimming. Besides beinv understaffed for check in, the hotel was ok. Breakfast was very food, fortunately.

Front desk not helpful

There were issues with the fitness center and front desk. The center was closed and the person at the front desk did not know why and made no effort to find out when it would open. I also asked the same front desk person for two extra pillows for our room. That request also went unfilled. I was able to get into the fitness center later when another employee helped out.

If you want just friendliness this is for you

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and did all she could. But a few things I am upset about it 1. The shampoo conditioner and body was was empty in one of our rooms, 2. The pool was cold and bathroom in there was nasty. 3. Our toilet was hot and when you was sitting down you felt like you had a Sauna down there. My son would not go to the bathroom bc it was so warm but our water was cold for showers. Don’t make since to me shouldn’t the toilet be cold and showers be hot. They ran out of towels in the pool area so then we had no towels for a shower and they only put 2 towels in each bathroom even if the room holds 4 people so was short to begin with. Just not happy with it over all I think they need to do some fixing on things as walls are starting to look bad, oh and the back of the curtain has a big Stain on it and looks like it was never washed. I feel breakfast should be included in your room price as it was nothing special for it being $18 a person.

Basketball tournament

Even though check in was 4 pm, they had a room available at 11 am as I got there early. Appreciate that! Hotel breakfast available(for a price) was priced a little high but not very good. Boby soap via dispenser was empty probably not checked in a while.

The indoor pool was freezing cold so we were not able to use it. There was trash under the beds and the floor was not clean at all so it was kinda hard for our toddler to play on the floor. The kuering was broken. The service desk was very friendly and the waitress at the restaurant was fantastic!

Don’t stay here

There was no wash cloths our whole stay. There was a DV incident when we came in that all the workers just kept looking the other way. If you actually want to sleep don’t stay here. It’s a party place and not worth your money. We had to call on more than one occasion every night we was there to have people quite down and nothing was done any of the times. They have a pool but it is small and no towels anytime we went. I would not say this place is child friendly. $19 dollars a person to eat breakfast (go to McDonald’s down the road) our room was horrible. Run down, torn up, and very unclean. And all the hidden fees was a bit much. They have parking but you have to pay extra for it when you can’t get in or out of because it’s broken like everything else in this hotel. Hotels.com didn’t say anything about the hidden fees that we were hit with once we checked in. If we could have left and got a room else where short notice we would have. Our last night we stayed was so bad we ended up staying in our car and felt safer!

Filtered search for “parking included in the price” brought up this hotel, but parking was not included in the price; it was added on prior to checkout. I stopped by the desk to tell them the shower gel was empty and the heating unit was as loud as someone starting a car; they told me to come back to the desk later on my way back in (why later?). When I came back they had one person working the desk and a line of more than a dozen people waiting (which was the case all weekend) so I gave up. Half of the elevators were closed for repair. Room was not clean: whitish stains on the dresser and red stain on the wall. Avoid this place.
