You get what you pay for....

First the good: The room is a good size, the location is near downtown and the bed was comfortable. The bad: We paid extra for a premium room which included a balcony. The screen door was off the track and leaning against the wall outside with a big hole in it as if someone kicked it the screen. The dresser was dirty like someone spilled milk all over the front. I had wipes with me and cleaned it off. The bathroom light in the ceiling did not have a cover and showed a lot of dirt and disgusting crud. The pillows on the bed were really small so I asked the front desk for another pillow. They could not find any extra pillows. I tried calling the front desk at 8pm and no one would answer. I called again at 8:10pm, still no answer. My room was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke, so we kept the sliding glass door open (with no screen).

I would NOT go back.

The Good - Bathroom and beds were clean. Breakfast service with Lisa was excellent. The Bad - Hallway carpet was in terrible condition, dirty, torn, trip hazard, literally duck taped together, (2nd floor). Many of the room doors looked like they had been busted by police. Sliding glass door to balcony had no lock. Chair in room had stains and under cushion had piles of crumbs and cards. We had three rooms booked in our party. One family left immediately.

Room was dirty under the beds, under bathroom counter, closet door wouldn’t shut, slider door didn’t lock, built in the 1970s and has not been updated. All the doors looked like the police had busted them down. They could have filmed the Shining in this hotel.

We had alot of issues with dark brown water in sink and toilet, elevator shut down, bad tv,no phone to frt.desk,no heat,problem with extra blankets, no bath mat for old style tub,very slippery, no free breakfast as advertised, it's $10.It 3 rooms to get us settled, now the good, very good bed, staff was fantastic!! They are trying to make up for long over due maintenance and remodel . We are very easy going but this tested us on our get away trip.Not sure if we'll gamble on this location again but staff and location will weigh in on the next trip. Good luck and be patient if things aren't quite right at first, they will do they're best

Bed was extremely comfortable. Although I felt the rooms were clean they were shabby and especially the woodwork/doors. We weee on the top floor, got in very latw on night of checkin so slept in a bit. They was some horrible occasional noise around 8am that seemed to come above us/roof? Sounded like dragging furniture. It was very loud and disturbing until it completely stppped around 8:20/8:30. check in/out staff was very friendly and helpful

Last minute, well priced comfortable stay

It was comfortable and quiet. The front desk girl was very helpful and kind, and when my TV had an issue the maintenance man came to my room and fixed it even though he had clocked out for the evening. My room was clean. My room was 344 and the only criticism I might have would be a new shower head would make a huge difference in the experience. Very happy with my stay, I plan to stay again in the near future!

Don't stay here, over priced for this place

The lobby was clean. After getting off the elevator to go to my room was shocking, the hallway carpet is so old and dirty it's taped together with duct tape. The hallway door to the rooms were all beat up, holes in them and taped over. I almost left immediately. I got to my room, there was a lot of surface damage and just shabby. The beds were clean, the bathroom was mostly clean. Wood floors in the room, that was a good thing. I sprayed Lysol everywhere. The room above had a lot of banging and noise throughout the night. I do believe there are residents living there. I had an early morning place to be at, so I stayed. I had a long day and stayed the 2nd night, I was too tired to care. But the next morning I was just done. I had to check out one day early. This is an old hotel and needs to be updated. Had I known in advance, a nicer hotel was only about $20 higher.

Do not stay here.

It took 40 minutes to check in because only one person wqa at the desk. She was the only good thing in this hotel. Her service was phenomenal. One of the elevators was broken. The air conditioning was broken in my room and it stayed 80 degrees. Thebshower rod was falling off, so i had to hold the curton closed or else water went everywhere. The bed was so uncomfortable that my backstarted hurting, and i was struggling to get around town. The ice machine was also broken on my floor. The breakfast was subpar. This stay was so bad that i left after the first two nights and checked into another hotel. So disappointing and was not worth the cost.

Had a roof and bed

Hallway was torn up with ducktape holding together the carpet in A LOT of places. Some doors were "patched." Room had dents, scratches, and bits missing. Air-conditioning didnt work at all!

Uncomfortable
