Photos are Deceiving: Run Down but Clean

Property looks nothing like the photos and appears very run down. The room is the same. There was a constantly running bathroom faucet, flooring was water damaged/missing in one spot, one of the two outlets did not work, the shower had a good amount of clearly visible dark-colored mold above the shower-head and a hole in the wall behind the bathroom door. Inside of drawers looked to be water damaged. The Good: EXCELLENT front desk service at check in. Small issue with smoke detector, addressed immediately, no big deal! Also, comfy bed and no bugs (: A/C, fridge, and TV worked great. Overall, my impression was that the property is very old and maintained the best it can be without making costly renovations. Everything was as clean as it could be & the tub was pretty spotless. My biggest issue was the misrepresentation of what the property really was based on the photos presented at the time of reservation.

You get what you pay for. We needed a place to stay just to grab a few hours of sleep before driving home after CMA Fest ended later than planned and didn’t want to spend a fortune on a room we’d be in for 5 hours. This place was ok for that. Probably wouldn’t recommend it with kids, definitely not in a great area of town. Less than 10 minutes from downtown at least tho. We didn’t see any bugs, but there were ‘cigarette’ burns all over the tub, I couldn’t tell if the sheets were dirty or just permanently stained, dirty towel left on bathroom floor.

Really awful experience, from the beginning to the end. The room was shabby, there were holes in the beds, dimly lit, water was leaking from the refrigerator and the pipe underneath the sink, no smoke detector/alarm (a genuine health concern), no exhaust fan in the washroom. We were promised free breakfast on the website, but got nothing.

Unverschämtheit so eine Unterkunft anzubieten

Die mit Abstand schrecklichste und respektloseste Unterkunft, die ich jemals bei Hotel.com gebucht habe. Es muss umgehend aus dem Angebot genommen werden. Widerlicher Zustand für viel Geld inklusive Insekten und Bettwanzen, von denen wir vermuten krank geworden zu sein. Von Nachbarzimmern in denen mindestens 8 Menschen Marihuana geraucht haben, ist der Geruch in unserem Zimmer gelandet, so dass wir nachts nicht schlafen konnten. Wir hatten das Gefühl in einer Gangster Unterkunft gelandet zu sein und wären nicht überrascht gewesen, wenn da nachts die Polizei reingestürmt wär. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde in der Rezeption so getan als würde man sich drum kümmern, was natürlich nicht geschehen ist. Ich fordere jetzt mein Geld zurück über.com oder zumindest einen Teil davon, da das Angebot auf der Seite eine Zumutung ist und die Unterkunft selbst eine Unverschämtheit

Nightmare experience

This was a nightmare scam. Take this off your site. No smoke detectors. Curtains ripped off the window's. Sheets were dirty. Toilet area had blood and feces behind on the wall. Smelled like smoke. About 6pm the homeless and cash paying customers started coming off the street. NOT SAFE.
