Upon arriving at the Landry, I was warmly greeted by Anjelo, who kindly assisted me. At the front desk, I was met with a friendly smile and experienced a seamless check-in process. Once I settled into my room, I was pleased to find it comfortable and warm.
The next morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Jarvis, who went above and beyond to help me locate a barber to ensure I was prepared for business functions later that day. Afterward, I headed to breakfast, where I requested soft butter for my toast instead of the usual cold butter. While my request was accommodated on the first day, I noticed the following days proved a bit more challenging for the staff to fulfill this simple request. I dined at breakfast each morning from Wednesday to Sunday, and eventually, I asked the server if they had a microwave. She confirmed they did, which made me wonder why my initial request seemed so challenging to resolve.
During my stay, I also noticed the bathroom in the common area required attention on a couple of occasions. However, my dining experience was brightened by Liz, who took the time to ask about my stay. I mentioned an item I hadn’t found in my room, and she promptly ensured I received it, which I greatly appreciated.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Landry. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the attentive staff made my stay memorable, and I look forward to returning in the future..
