On the positive side, the staff were helpful, the air conditioner worked, and the bathroom was clean. However, "breakfast" consisted of bagels or muffins and coffee. No juice, fruit, cold cereal, or even hot water for tea. There were only two chairs in the dining area, forcing people to take food back to their rooms. The carpet in the room was sticky and dirty so I had to wash my feet before putting on my shoes. We were only supplied with two towels for the three of us, so I had to ask for more towels whenever all three of us showered.

The Super 8's mail hotel light was out when we arrived, and I almost turned around thinking they were closed. The check-in attendant was very friendly, but the decor appeared run-down and dirty. I went to get a bottle of water from the vending machine, which doesn't accept credit cards, so you need cash on you. There was only one bottle left, and it looked like most of the machine had been emptied and not refilled. We entered through the side door, which was propped open with a rock that still remained in the morning. No one was checking doors or security at the hotel. The room had an unpleasant smell. The bathtub drain had hair in it, and there was mold under the bath mat. The bathroom floor was also not properly cleaned. During checkout, no one was at the desk, so I left my key card in the return bin. We were tired, having checked in late and leaving early in the morning, which was the only reason we stayed. We will never stay at a Super 8 again.
