The room was beautiful but the transportation service from the hotel was terrible, we were waiting at the port for over 30 mins when everyone from the same ferry have left with their drivers still hasn’t see ours, the reason is because our ship was delayed and the driver has other appointment so he left!! It’s just so not acceptable! the next morning we book the transportation for the early flight, see no sign of the driver again then realized the driver has over slept ….what a terrible experience, it’s ashamed for such hotel label themselves to provide good service and experience!!

Perfect stay in santorini

Excellent hotel! We enjoyed our stay so much. Although the pool is facing one of a path, no one is actually looking at us. The view is impeccable. The only downside is the thin blanket. The location is not in oia , but it’s perfect because it is less crowded. Oia is too crowded for us. (There’re less bugs in this area too!)

Great service and great experience

Service was amazing. They were very attentive to our needs and fixed any issue immediately. Breakfast was so good and gave varieties for everyone's taste. The hot tub was so relaxing however, it was not as private as I thought cause the hiking path from Fira to Oia is just in front of it so everyone pasding by can see you very clearly unless you close the curtains but then you miss on the view. Sunset is more to the left of the hotel so hard to see full sunset from your view but you see most of it. The view from their restaurant is amaxing and gives full view for both sunrise and sunset.

Amazing.

Amazing, one of a kind hotel. Very quiet due to only 10 rooms but if you’re after a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere this is it. Design of the hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff couldn’t do enough.

We immediately felt like home at this property! The staff could not be more caring and attentive. It is a beautiful and brand new property that was by far our best hotel on Milos. Definitely worth it! We are dreaming of coming back one day to relive it.

The rooms is awesome and the pool is even better l. They view is stunning. Everything looks clean. I only had one issue with the hotel. When they cleaned the room it only seems like the changed to bed sheet and replaced the towels. Doesn’t seem like the swept or wiped anything. They didn’t refill the coffee pods, didn’t refill the sugars or gave us an water. Just a let down having to go ask the reception when your coming at hotel that’s this expensive. Breakfast opens very late which is very inconvenient when you want to start your day early doing tours/ activities. The staff is incredible and very polite and respectful. Overall was amazing!!

Absolutely wonderful place. The staff was so amazing and always made themselves available. They helped us with ordering food after hours as well as securing transportation. The food was really good. This hotel was fabulous! I loved that there are only 10 rooms so very personal customer service and it never felt crowded. Stunning room with private hot tub with sunset and caldera view. Beautiful restaurant and pool areas which we often had to ourselves. Delicious plentiful breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. 10/10

Not quite Divine

My recent stay at the Divine Experience Hotel left me feeling underwhelmed, despite the hefty price tag. As an interior designer myself, I couldn't help but notice several missing touches that would have made a big difference. First off, the flooring near the outdoor pool was dangerously slippery, making me feel like I was on thin ice every time I walked there. A simple floor mat would have mitigated this risk, enhancing both safety and comfort. Additionally, the lack of towels was disappointing, necessitating a separate set for pool use to maintain hygiene standards. The loud fridge was another annoyance that kept us up at night. We had to unplug it just to get some shut-eye. Plus, despite it being April, the room was sweltering hot, and the AC seemed to be more for decoration than functionality. The speakers they provided were a nice touch, but they were dead on arrival without a charging cable in the room. And while having a private pool sounds luxurious, its location next to a hiking trail meant zero privacy with only few steps away from bypassers. Sure, they provide us curtains, but then what's the point of having a view? Showers could do with some lights as main ones don’t reach it and a full size mirror would have been great. Especially how big the rooms are there is plenty of space. Overall, the Divine Experience Hotel fell short of its name. With some attention to detail and fixing these issues, it could truly live up to its divine reputation.

Very nice place. Staff are helpful. Has an amazing view from the room (sunset view). Just keep in mind it’s not so private, the hiking path Fira-Oia is in front of the rooms. And the jacuzzi is filled with bugs because of the surroundings.
