The hotel is located in a very safe area. Is top of the line. The staff were super courteous and friendly, they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We traveled with a toddler, and two teenagers. The front desk helped us to find our way to the places that we wanted to visit; they even helped us to find the stores to buy the things we needed. Whenever we visit Athens again I would definitely book this Athenian Callirhoe Hotel again. I am very much pleased and grateful with the way they welcomed us. Thanks!

Affordable luxury in beautiful surroundings

I booked the room 5 hours before i arrived, since i was traveling from the islands (Paros and Naxos) and needed a place to stay before flying home the next day. The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood, close to the Syngrou-Fix metro, and close to attractions as Akropolis. After a long day traveling the sea, i needed to only eat and rest, and this place was perfect. The staff were fluent in English, and very kind and helpful. The rooms were perfectly cleaned, my room had a large double bed, which could easily fit at least 3 adults, so it was very nice to have all that space to myself. The bathroom was bright, clean, and had a bath tub, clean towels, slippers, soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, everything you needed. There was roomservice available, even though i didnt use it, and a mini bar, tea and cofee. The rooftop garden had a restaurant and a bar, where i ate my late night dinner, after relaxing in my room for a couple of hours, watching a football match on my phone in the gigantic bed. I slept very well, even though not for long, since i was going to the airport early. Checkout went smooth, and the staff congratulated me, after he found out that i was from Denmark, and we had just beaten Greece in a football match two days earlier

It was noisy, inside and out. Very slow to check-in, service at Roof Garden (which is neither) was slow. A/C was okay, it was clean, reasonably updated for the price category. Breakfast was good with friendly staff. Nice view of Parthenon.
