Old-style motel trying to be “hip,” but fails badly.
The room reeked of an overwhelming “signature scent,” like they were masking something. Bathroom had no fan, so we left the window open—then got a text telling us to close it for “security” because the neighborhood isn’t safe. At 7 a.m. on Sunday they texted about checkout and woke me up.
Worst of all, I came back late Saturday to find the fitted sheet stained. I texted (their preferred contact) and was told the linens come from a third-party vendor—no real apology or fix. The GM even tried to blame me for not coming to the desk at night.
Poor management, intrusive texts, and unclean bedding. Would give zero stars if possible—never again
