Not my vibe.

I cannot really give details because I didn't stay due to guest smoking right outside my room. This isn't my vibe, but could be fun for someone who likes it. Just not my style at all. I wouldn't recommend, but staff is professional and courteous.

Great Place to Stay

Comfortable bed, clean, modern room, fun, colorful, and zany decor, cool AC. Quiet, also, even though the hotel was full. Coffee in the room, nice robes that feel cozy. The “Hydration Room” has ready made bags of ice for your room as well as a water refill station. Everything was contactless, accessed by various codes. Parking seemed secure but was an extra $12. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. It was great to go to the speakeasy for a late cocktail. Breakfast with a mimosa right across the street at The Farmacy.

Do not stay here!

Zazz Hotel - Not Worth the Hype or the Hassle If you’re considering booking at Zazz, think twice. They do not allow cancellations under any circumstance, which is frustrating if you end up regretting your choice (as I did). The property is extremely rundown—it shouldn’t even be listed as a hotel. The carpet was filthy, and the entire place felt neglected. On top of that, they charge $12.50 plus tax for parking, and if you don’t pay, you’re forced to park on the street—which felt completely unsafe. Customer service was mixed. A woman of color at the front desk was incredibly rude and unwelcoming—hard to miss her with her COVID mask pulled up to her eyeballs. On the other hand, a polite young man (also a person of color) wearing a gold chain was the only bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. I’m leaving out a lot, but please read the one-star reviews on Yelp—they’re accurate. I survived, but barely. Do yourself a favor: pay a little more and stay somewhere that’s actually clean and treats guests with basic courtesy.

Great Hotel!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Zazz. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I initially booked to stay two nights but extended for another night. The rooms were all colorful and uniquely decorated. Cute pool area and lounge.

Beautiful “Boutique” Style Hotel

It was amazing! Had to exit the Ramada by Wyndham to the south (scary) and came here. Felt so safe and everything was clean, comfortable and quiet. They even had robes and slippers to wear and real cups to drink out of. Local artisans make the cleansing products and they even provide a TSA approved bag to take the items in. The staff could tell I was anxious after my fiasco with the previous hotel and made feel so comfortable and safe. This place is like a boutique hotel. I will come back again!

Interesting concept poor execution

This was not a good experience. The room wasn’t clean, there was mildew in the shower, the spa wasn’t available and the bathroom ceiling leaked. The hotel was not responsive to my messaging about the ceiling leaking. It was noisy as well.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!

I was lied to, ripped off and to top it all off the rooms were dirty and unkept. The air conditioners didn't work the staff was rude and dishonest; they charged my card for reasons they supposedly "couldn't disclose" and told me my security deposit was released back to me when I checked out and then when I called two days later because I hadn't received it back in my account they told me they kept the security deposit and couldn't give me a straight answer as to why. This was a horrific experience by far. It's in a horrible part of town, homeless everywhere, it's noisy, the walls are paper thin, and the rooms were really gross and dirty with bugs everywhere. They are dishonest and committed fraud with my credit card and there is absolutely no where to park yet they charge you $12 a parking spot. I'm filing suit against hotel ZAZZ because of their theft in charging my card multiple times and keeping my $150 security deposit. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump.

Horrible experience. Avoid this place at all cost.

This was an absolutely horrific experience. Not only did I I pay for the King Studio and NOT get the room I payed for but yet a downgraded room, but furthermore the staff lied to me about additional charges on my card. The room was disgustingly dirty also. There were bugs everywhere, the air-conditioner didn't work properly and the shower wasnt working properly and spewed water in all different directions. Then to top it off the staff lied to me and told me my security deposit was released back to my card and when I called two days later to find out why I didn't have it they informed me they had actually kept it for reasons they could not disclose. I am absolutely disgusted with this place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump at all costs.

Super clean, cute and friendly staff.

This hotel is so cute and retro! It has been remodeled so it's not your typical run of the mill hotel. The pool area is colorful and unique. There is screens to watch movies in the pool at night and a speakeasy in the lobby. I am glad we found this place it was a gem!
