What a gorgeous hotel; stylish, open clean space with 2 great restaurants. We went here as we were going to the Liverpool Philamonic Hall for a concert. The hotel was directly across the road. Lots of lovely bars, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep and 15 minute walk to all the shops. Lovely room, very comfy bed and a lovely bathroom with bath and shower. We had an evening meal in 1931 which was lovely - Italian food. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of cereals, pastries and cooked food. There is a spa on site but we didn’t go.

Gorgeous studio room, although there was an awful smell in the shower because it hadn't aired out. Monday morning was terrible when we were woken up by workmen in the room / roof above us, really annoying that we weren't warned about it or maybe been given a different room to begin with. Central location is great. Spa was good but very crowded for a Monday, so would not recommend visiting at a weekend or in peak times. Pillow selection could be better, far too soft.

Our stay at Hope St Hotel was everything we wanted it to be. The customer service was superb, polite and efficient service was provided. We stayed for two nights and our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We ate in both of the hotel restaurants. We were particularly impressed by The London Carriage Works. The food was delicious and the service attentive. We look forward to staying at Hope St Hotel again and highly recommend the hotel.
