Our flight in to Miami was early so understandably out rooms weren't ready, the front desk said they were almost done being cleaned. So we get into our room and it looks like nothing had been touched. There was trash and dirt all over the floor, there was hair and pube like hairs all over the bathroom and walls, random stains on the bed skirts along with splatters on the head boards.

Shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. Saw other hotels twice during this time. Then couldn’t use the shuttle the next morning as we had to leave at 6:00 to catch a flight. Shuttle isn’t available until 7:00 am. AC in room was quite noisy and toilet made a loud oas the bowl filled up. Hair left in the sink and tub. TV only got 3 channels and barely got those. Picture quality poor. Likely got what we paid for.

If ratings of half a star were available, that is what I would give this hotel. I booked it for my cousins and they had to check right out and find somewhere else to stay. It was dirty, disgusting, poorly maintained, and despite being a Quality Inn, this hotel made a roach motel seem better.

We unfortunately stayed here twice. Before and after a cruise. I booked this hotel only because the booking agent said they provide free airport and cruise transfers as well as allow us to leave our car while on our cruise for a fee. Turns out the airport transfers only go until 8pm. Our flight was later, so we were unable to take advantage. Our room 344 was a very dirty. There was hair and stabs on the towels. The bathroom was gross. The pillows were about 1/2” thick and lumpy. They would not provide us with more. The cruise transfers turned out to be $20/person, not free. After the cruise room 320 was cleaner, but still horrible pillows. This room did not have a coffee maker and was by a hall door that slammed all night long. I will nerver stay at a Quality Inn again and would never recommend that anyone else does either. The only plus was that we were able to leave our car there while on the cruise for $6/day.

Had to wait for 3 hours for shuttle, food for breakfast was cold, tasted nasty. Our room smelled moldy, bed was very uncomfortable, my husband and I both woke up with back pain! The worst night I have ever spent in any hotel, ever!!

NASTY! Our room bathroom was used, smelled like pee and it had pubic hair on the toilet and bathtub. So disgusting! The shuttle bus schedule starts at 7am so if you have an earlier flight you have to pay for a taxi. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Staff seemed very uninterested in helping guests. Like it was just a bother to them. Get to the room and immediately hit with strong chemical and mold smells. Didn't actually see any mold, but you can tell the room got the landlord special and has several layers of paint on it. So it's likely just covered up.

Staff couldn’t speak English, hard to communicate. Grounds and parking lots were trashy with cigarette butts and beer bottles. Room was undesirable. Bathroom with lots of rust and mold. Had to ask for tolit paper. Had only 1 roll with less than a quarter inch on the roll. King bed was uncomfortable for 2 and sunk in the middle. Linens very cheap with 2 of each very thin towels and pillows. Very weak WiFi. Pros- good location for what we needed, very good value not worth a penny more. Breakfast provided was decent but limited. good for a quick overnight stay.
