AVOID I had a guy shouting swear words and banging doors the whole of the second Evening of my stay. Corridors semelles like marijuana. This went on and off for hours and reception did nothing. I felt very unsafe. I found out the next day that this hotel rents rooms to the governement, so basically of you are a business or family traveller you have to cope with behaviour and share facilities with people on govermnent programs. Very shocking for a Marriott, no need to say I’ll never stay there again.

Although it was noisy on the Saturday night, the Sunday night was quiet. Great breakfast with a lot of options. Pool was good, warm on Saturday and Monday morning. Reception staff were great. This is a perfectly situated hotel for a family vacation. We had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay at this hotel! All the staff made us feel so welcomed. We were pleasantly greeted by the front desk agents at both check in and checkout. The pool and gym were a nice feature. Worst service ever, overpriced. Do not recommend.

For over $300/night they didn’t offer daily cleaning service. We requested and were promised that our room would be cleaned (after the second night) and provided clean towels. When we arrived back late at night from a family event, the room had not been touched and there were no clean towels. When we called the front desk to at a minimum get some clean towels, we were told that we would have to come get them ourselves. The overall experience was a massive disappointment; this hotel is where customer service died.

Came here for a gymnastic competition. Stayed the night. Staff were great always smiling and seemed knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience. I would return and recommend to others. Some other families are very loud but could just be excitement from a child who knows. It did not interfere with my enjoyment.
