Good value for a comfortable stay

The hotel is good and reasonably well maintained. Close enough to Subway stations going into Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Neighbourhoods can be a bit rough but I feel safe.

The hotel does not match up to the reviews before. The room was dirty and full of other people’s hair and marks on the floors and windows. There was not security lock on the door and you could hear everyone in the hallway at all hours of the night at the extremely loud ice machine. The location is also awful!! There is nothing to do except a few fast food places near the station but it wasn’t somewhere I would recommend going. It was so bad, we left 3 days early and moved to another hotel. I emailed the hotel to ask for a refund on the days we didn’t stay but the emails bounced back and then when it was forwarded to the manager (Michael) I’ve had no reply! Avoid at all costs!!!

Très bon séjour personnel accueillant et à l écoute , chambre propre et en très bon état pour ne pas dire neuve . À côté du métro à 20 minutes de Times square, avec une vue sur Manhattan et le pont de rosevelt island .

Du café ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ et des pancakes!!!!!!

L'accueil étaient bon, l'accès à la chambre facile. Il faudrait juste que la salle de bain puisse se fermer de l'intérieur et surtout offrir aux clients une offre petit déjeuner complète, car il n'y avait pas de café, juste une machine au sous sol offrant un cappuccino ou un lait vanille. C'est très important, car sortir pour chercher un restaurant, cela est désagréable surtout quon est pressé par le temps pour pouvoir visiter la ville avec sérénité donc je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles par rapport à ça. Juste un café avec des pancakes et des viennoiserie en totale accès dans l'hôtel serait un plus non négligeable!!!!

Ficamos num quarto com 2 camas Queen bem confortáveis. Ambas eram arrumadas diariamentee as toalhas eram trocadas. Itens de higiene eram repostos eventualmente. Tudo certo, sentimos falta apenas de um espelho dentro do quarto para agilizar a maquiagem. Destaco a gentileza da equipe da recepção, muito simpáticos e solícitos. Receberam diversas entregas nossas sem problema algum. Nos hospedaremos lá novamente em futuas oportunidades.

The price of the accommodations was among the cheapest in the Manhattan/Queens area. The area between the metro stop and the hotel appears to be a bit scary with quite a few homeless people, but we were never bothered. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens and pillows. The room is sparsely furnished with only one nightstand and one table and chair. There is a refrigerator; a microwave is available on floor C, which is in the basement. The shower has plenty of hot water.

Me gustó el hotel, estaba agusto, limpio, se cambiaban toallas diario y esto estuvo perfecto, pequeño pero no tanto, estuvo perfecto. El barrio es un poco ruidoso pero fuera de ahí todo bien, volvería a quedarme ahí sin duda.

Não foi uma experiência agradável, a cama era desconfortável, o travesseiro era péssimo, o hotel nos colocou em um quarto muito próximo da recepção então teve muito barulho, aspirador de pó ligado às 06-07h da manhã. O bairro não chega a ser perigoso, mas é meio estranho e escuro a noite, não me senti a vontade pra voltar de noite a pé do metrô, que são uns 3-5 minutos caminhando. De bom, a limpeza era ok, a localização era ok (15 min de metrô até a times square). Definitivamente não me hospedaria neste hotel novamente porém não chegou a estragar a minha viagem
