The grounds are beautiful and location is great. The unit we were in needs a new mattress and pillows otherwise it was very clean and provided everything you need for a day at the beach. Will stay again.

I love that the property for seamlessly from grounds to park to beach. There is plenty of parking, I never felt like I was searching and when my sister came to visit she easily found a place to park

The place was much better than what I expected. The restaurants are close by and the beach was right around the corner. The front desk personnel was very friendly. I would definitely come back.

This is a great location and the grounds are FANTASTIC! It is quiet when you want it quiet, but it's easy to have fun with your children without disturbing others. We were on the ground floor (garden apt, some call it) and that allowed quick and easy access to the grounds.

I was hoping to be closer to the water but at least I didn't have to cross the road. Everything thing in our unit was great and the A/C worked well in Bedroom and Front room. Very close to all shopping and have vacationed in Kihei many times before.

For a first time visit to Hawaii this was a great choice! Especially the fact that that a whole kitchen was included (food was the MOST EXPENSIVE part of the whole trip) and it was great to be able to hang out in a full apartment instead of being confined to a hotel room. I would most definitely stay here again. I honestly cant think of anything wrong with our stay except maybe just try to get a room on the first floor, but even that wasnt really a big deal because they have elevators.

The grounds around the condos were beautiful and well maintained. Our unit however was very dated and in need of TLC. The bed linens were poor quality and poor fit. The mini bath with shower is very dark and the solid dark shower curtain didn't help and there were several bugs that looked like cockroaches scurrying around each day. Unit had a stale oder -- really needs a facelift.

Property built in 1978. You are essentially renting someone's condo for the stay. Each one is different. Ours was kinda dated, had a newer granite countertop, newer appliances, newer tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen. Did NOT bother us! We were out on the beach, in the pool, hot tub, out to dinner, in a Helicopter, on a zipline, in a submarine, or on a tour somewhere. The lower price of this condo stay provided us with more $$ to do activities. Pool and hot tub and both large and clean. Security takes their jobs seriously, which is good. Everything on the property is quiet by 10 pm. 3 supermarkets within short distances. We are mid 30s without kids of that helps. Couch pulls out and sleeps 2. Definitely enough room for 4 people.

The Murphy bed smells like vomit, needs a good cleaning. The bathroom in the main area only gets warm water, the handle only goes half way. I was more disappointed with expedia , I saw this house but passed it up because it looked ran down, so I pick a different condo in the same place that was more updated, and paid extra money for the nicer place, and I’ll be damned if you didn’t take the extra money and gave me the ran down place. I’m super disappointed with Expedia, I believe this is the first time using you, I will consider going back to another travel site. They give you what you click on and pay for, shame in you

Liked the pool very much. lap swimming between 0800-0900 and restricted to lap swimmers. The beach was rocky and not conducive to wading.

It delivered on it's name, beautiful Maui sunsets! The property, pool/rec and access to the beach were great. The one criticism is that the furnishings were a bit old and outdated.

Very nice area. The pool is nice and there is a hot tub. You are few steps near the beach, so you can see the sunset and swim just in front of the hotel. It is more condos that owners rent for you. So depends on the condo apparently. Ours was old but fonctionnal. There was some broken items like the fan, golf clubs... But there was some free items that you can use like body boards, beach chairs... So it was very nice but it could be better if the condo was in better shape.

Although the 90's are asking for their decor back, the condo and the complex were very nice and relaxed. Much better than a fancy hotel room. The grounds were very nice, the location is central to most things on Maui, the BBQs in the middle are great for cooking your own food, and the pool is great.

I was extremely disappointed with our unit. The decor was extremely outdated and there was an old musty smell, more so than just a humidity smell. The bedroom had no useable window so it felt like you were in a closet. Extremely small master bathroom. So small, in fact, that the sink didn’t even fit in it. The sink was located in the bedroom. The building was just really run down. The positives were the pool, courtyard, and beach. It wasn’t really a swimming beach, but great for walking. The location wasn’t the greatest either. There wasn’t really too much close by that you could walk to. We were supposed to stay there for 8 nights, but we moved after the first night. Maui Condos and Homes was extremely helpful in finding something else for us that we were much happier with.

毎年のマウイ島旅行で、昨年初めて滞在しましたが、スタッフの方の対応も親切で、とても快適に過ごせたので、今回も迷わず決めました。ロケーションも良く、お部屋のクリーニングも行き届いていて、とても綺麗でした。ひとつ残念な事は、23:00過ぎまで重低音が響く大音量の音楽で騒いでいる部屋があり、せっかく心地よい風を感じながら静かに過ごせる時間帯なのに、とても残念でした。

I was there for a 4 day work trip. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and did not hear other guests banging around. Excellent value for the price. Convenient location with grocery store and restaurants within 5 minutes.

Nice location on the ocean side of the road. Short walk to services along the main road. Putting green, pool, shuffleboard and tennis courts on site. Beach is perfect for sunsets. Unit A106 is on the ground floor closer to the road than the pool and beach. It is very dated with tiny bathrooms but is comfortable for two people. One complaint is the lighting - it is too dark to be able to read once the sun goes down.

Good location, aged unit...

Grounds are beautiful and well maintained, but our particular condo could have used some updating. Pilled sheets, worn mattress, old appliances and torn carpets were the standout issues, but the unit was very clean. It is very quiet and a good location that was close to, dining, shopping, parks and beaches.

Bed sheets are old. Comforter is dirty i put it on the floor the whole time. Sofa is old. Nice dining tables and chairs. Mattress is comfortable. Tub is old but shower head is good and functional. I love that there are 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. I love that there are beach chairs and beach towels. Great location. Quiet and safe property. The grounds are well maintained. Nice view of sunset from property and access to beach.

The property is always kept in good shape. Only bad thing was when the pool chair I was getting on broke and punctured my skin and bruised my thigh. I think it is time for new chairs.
