There’s only hot water from 8 to 11 am. And 8 to 11 pm. The rest of the hours there is no hot water. There is a lot of insects inside your room.

For a low cost hotel in the historic center of a major city Hotel Patria was just fine. Excellent location for exploring the older structures, the Zocalo, Metropolitan Cathedral, Templo Mayor, and Palacio de Bellas Artes. We stayed a week and the weekend was pretty noisy in a fiesta way. Also there were demonstrations which made us glad we were able to walk places. Terrific value for the price.

I like how clean it was. I didn't like that in the rules it dair that they are not responsible for any lost things rhat were not on the safe box. So I wanted to use the safe box and it didn't work. I whent to reception and tthe lady told us that we shouldn't used it because they don't work. I felt blamed for something i was not told from the beginning of my stay, plus this lady in the evening shift is kind of rude. The other ones in the mornings are very nice

Very dirty place. I can't believe that Expedia actually has this hotel rated with 4 out of 5 stars. Smelly towels. Generally just a dirty place. No working wifi and the estimate to fix it was 4 days away. We had paid for 5 nights at this hotel, but left after the first one. Very poor.

Se encuentra en pleno corazón del centro, tienda de víveres a 200 metros, transporte metro a 500 metros, zona comercial alrededores, restaurante a 200 metros, la ubicación es buena para venir a comprar, el detalle es que debes dejar tus comprar grandes en bodega no suben al cuarto de lo contrario cobran 500 pesos. Me he quedado muchas veces en este hotel , esta vez mi experiencia no fue la mejor me tocó una habitación pegada a la calle se escuchaba mucho el ruido exterior , no había aire acondicionado ni ventilador en la Habitación y demasiados mosquitos , no podíamos dormir y tuvimos que bajar a pedir un ventilador el cual si se me proporcionó , la cama muy incómoda el colchón muy delgado y se escuchan todos los ruidos del hotel . La ubicación y el precio lo único rescatable

En las fotos parece otro hotel. El lugar es viejo, las instalaciones austeras y muy descuidadas. Los colchones están muy gastados, casi se sienten los resortes. En algunas partes parece que no limpiaron adecuadamente y que puede salir alguna plaga. Quizá el precio sea atractivo para algunas personas, pero yo no volvería a exponer a mi familia a un lugar así. Hay varias restricciones como el horario del agua caliente y algunas advertencias como un pago extra por ensuciar las toallas o sábanas, o por ingresar con mercancía. Si llevan algo para consumir meterlo en mochilas. Definitivamente, no es recomendable en ningún aspecto.
