The place is fairly clean, but definitely could be better. There really isn’t any service provided. My biggest complaint is they lied to me when I checked in. I was told my deposit would be refunded at check out — it wasn’t, I was told they need to check the room first, so I said let’s check now. The girl said she couldn’t get a hold of the manager. Also. I specifically asked if the $25 pet fee was charged per “stay” or per “night”, and I was told it was charged per “stay”. However , I was charged per night. Again, I asked to talk to the manager, but he wasn’t available. When I tried to call there was no answer nor was there a message machine. I probably will avoid using hotel chain in the future.
