Äckligt mycket folk, fanns inga lediga solstolar vid poolen efter 06.30 på morgonen… inget avstånd mellan solstolarna då man hade en annan person 10 cm ifrån sig. Överfull pool, överfullt överallt i buffé restaurangen. Smaklös mat, misslyckas till och med att ha pasta som var överkokt. Annars stor variation på mat men som sagt- smaklöst för det mesta. Halvtaskiga drinkar förutom på top terass baren. Annars bra rum, däremot mycket svag AC inställt på 26 grader, det blir liksom aldrig svalt. Personalen däremot är otroligt snälla och hjälpsamma så stor elige till den. Åk inte dut i högsäsong, hade vi åkt i oktober hade vi nog tyckt att det var bra.

Disappointing, not up to the usual standard
Housekeeping staff very helpful. Double bed requested but not provided. Power failure mid way through the week. Private party on our last night - music was very loud and invasive. One duty manager unwilling to help guests.

Nice hotel tradition style rather than modern. Not sure All inclusive plus was worth it or not. Breakfast in morning in plus lounge was lukewarm unless you were there as soon as opened as there wasn’t the turn over of food need to put less out at a time and replace more often. Also only did the cheap sliced bread not the nice unsliced proper bread that was in the main restaurant. Also it was not clear enough that the lounge and outside area was for gold band guests only. A lot of other guests were there sometimes the staff asked them to leave others (Ernie?) didn’t. Did have excellent service from Parkash & Puskar.

Would not recommend this hotel.
Would not recommend this hotel for families.
Firstly when we arrived, checked in and our room key wouldn't work. The start of the downward trend. Went back to reception and they said they reset the keys. But this didn't work. I returned to reception. They got another member of staff to reprogram the key cards. And.... Low and behold they still didn't work. We're travelling with our 18month old baby and this was 12am at night, as our flight was delayed by 2hrs. Yet they didnt once see an urgency to get us sorted, there was an air of arrogance about this place. Finally they came up to the room with a master key and let us in. But that there would be no key card until maintenance are back in the building in the morning. So someone has to stay in the room to get back in.
The next morning after breakfast we returned to reception, as instructed, only to have to explain the whole of ordeal once again, to staff who knew nothing about it and were not left instructions by night staff as to the issues.
So we had to go through something similar again with keys until eventually Maintenance came to fix the lock.
Unfortunately this was temporary as the next day upon returning from a day trip we couldn't access our room again. It's laughable really. Not once did we get an apology. We met a number of other families with similar issues so it wasn't just us.
The food was very lacking unfortunately. It looks amazing online. In reality it wasn't very fresh. Breakfast in particular.

We stayed April 6th through 19th. For an all inclusive resort it’s a fail. I understand a deposit for pool towels and robes, but a five euro charge for cleaning the robes? Though there are water dispensers available you must bring your own containers. No soda or juice for you in room refrigerator, if you want the available you must pay a 24.95 euro per person per day for an upgrade. Most just go to the store in neighborhood. We had a studio room, 731. Noisy due to working on street ( street side room) installing underground pipes or wire. Asked if there was other room available on other side of resort away from noise, was told to check next morning. Check three times same answer. Baby next door would wake up crying around two am for an hour. Wife couldn’t rest during the day as baby would cry again. She call front desk and was told there was no child nearby until a supervisor came to check and realize there was a child in next room and was crying because being in a different environment. On Friday another manager, a tall woman whose name I believe begins with a E, offered to move us and offer complementary sodas because staff never addressed our problems and she would speak with staff. We did get a room change, room 132, but no sodas. With the inattentive staff and charges for sodas and robe cleaning I would not be staying at any related resorts affiliated with this brand.

Noch viel Luft nach oben, aber es war relativ preisgünstig.
Geschirr oft nicht richtig sauber, Speisesaal irre laut mit Flair einer Bahnhofshalle. Automaten funktionierten nicht richtig, jeden Tag war was anderes nicht verfügbar. Auf Nachfrage kam das Standart "OK" und nichts passiert.
Zimmer waren nichts besonderes, aber OK. Leider sehr hellhörig.

The saving grace to this property is that the rooms were very quiet. We are a couple and had 2 single beds pushed together, each with its own set of single bed sheets and blankets. The food at the buffet was mediocre. The coffee was great. All the common areas were so busy and extremely noisy. The lobby, bars, coffee shop, buffet restaurant, elevators, pool, gym (which is also open to the public). For us it was too busy of a hotel to want to spend any time there.

Un séjour agréable, hôtel propre et conforme à l'attendu.
Un effort à faire sur la qualité de la nourriture servie dans les restaurants (restaurant principal OK mais les autres sont très moyens).
Système de carte pour les serviettes très peu pratique.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel verfügt über ein grosses Buffet und 4 Restaurant. Das essen in den Restaurants war sehr gut, außergewöhnlich gut war das essen im Asiaten Restaurant Yushan, der Chefkoch Ram macht seine Arbeit sehr gut und hat uns auch sehr gut beraten und es gab eine grosse Auswahl mit sehr verschiedenen Gerichte. Sowie die Kellner schauten stehts füt die Sauberkeit. Unser Kellner Saran war sehr aufmerksam. Das Hotel verfügt über eine sehr schöne Pool Anlage und es verfügt über ein schönes Kaffee mit sehr gutem Espresso und warmer Schokolade mit köstlichem Kuchen. Das Abendprogramm war sehr abwechslungsreich und amüsant. Wir kommen bestimmt sehr gerne wieder.

Hotel spotlessly clean, rooms serviced daily, Restaurant and Bar staff all exceptional.
Pool area lovely shame the roof area was closed
I had pre arrival questions which were not answered prior to our arrival causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
To date I am still awaiting a response from the Hotel even though I have emailed twice during my stay.

Staff friendly and generally helpful. Rooms very hot, air-con not switched on as winter season despite 24 deg temperatures. Made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Food good and always well cooked. Good variety if a little repetitive. Salia restaurant very good. Pool area clean and well looked after, plenty of sun beds. Area around hotel a little run down and lots of road/ building work, but no noise heard within the hotel. Bus station a few mins walk so easy to get around the island. Cocktails in kosy bar seemed watered down and tasteless, but were much better in cafe maroc. Lifts to dining room out of order for 3 of the 5 days we were there, didnt affect us as we used the stairs , but less mobile had a circuitous route!

Everything perfect. Stayed a few times before and still perfect.
Staff the friendlies ive had in all the years ive been going to Malta.
Maybe the staff on the outside bar could smile a bit 😄but it didnt bother us .First class from the reception staff especially Hicham, that sorted out a little problem straight away. Lovely man. Hotel was absolutely spotless, and considering how full the hotel was hats off to each and every one .Room was cleaned every day with again lovely staff .Hopefully it wont be our last stay at the brilliant hotel ,even though we are both in our seventies now .
