Lobby was dirty and had old room doors laying in the lobby elevator was dirty and got stuck on there there was no TV TV didn't work rooms were dirty toilets or plugged hotel had a really bad order the minute you walk in not very nice day at all

This used to be a decent mid-range hotel, but not any more. It was filthy inside and out, over grown with weeds (even the outdoor ashtray had weeds growing in it). The tv didn’t work, Wi-Fi didn’t work, no breakfast. Christmas decoration in the lobby (it is June). I would not have believed how bad it was if I hadn’t seen it myself!

Dirty bathroom, window seal, and stained bed sheets. No hot running water, bugs in light cover, no cover for light switches. Paint on wall falling off, plastic bag duck taped to ceiling to cover hole. Terrible

Filthy and disgusting. Lobby reeks, elevator vandalized. Room was falling apart, smelled like week old moldy pizza. Bathroom has not been cleaned in a long time as evidenced by male hairs and fecal material on/around toilet. Dried body fluids all over walls and ceiling of room. And the smell was wretched. Did not stay here, left immediately and booked a legitimate hotel.

Check-in lobby smelled like a homeless shelter. I couldn't cancel my stay to get a refund. I was told laundry is down, all Ice-machines down, no TV in my room (they didn't pay the cable bill). I don't judge, but the front desk lady was indian from India, and I could barely understand her and had a bleak grim presence very unwelcoming. Bed was stiff, hair all over bathroom. Noxious weeds all over entrance. Gophers taking over lots to the side and behind ( 1dodged me while entering back door) Back door is unlocked all times. Had a FM radio plugged in outside outlet by back to constantly playing music. I try to find the pros, only 1x would be good shower water pressure, instant hot water.

This property was not in the least bit clean. Nothing looked like it had been vacuumed. Bathtub had debris in it. Door had tissue stuffed into the peep hole, no chain for door, no knob in closet door to open it. Mirror by entrance dirty hand prints. Vent falling out of the ceiling. Disgusting place. Sheets and pillow were threadbare and disgusting looking.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Upon arrival, we were notified that the kichen is closed, so no breakfast. No TV, it wasn't working. These were amenities included in the booked and paid price. They suggested I ask for a refund..I'm still waiting for a response. We left, looking for another accommodation. This property should not be listed as a place to stay. False advertising.

Im sorry to say but it was one of the worst stays i have ever had !!!!! There was no TV There was no contental breakfest. There was no towls in the room . I asked for extra pillows because there was two tiny ones on the Bed and they could not provide extras. They where not Luxury rooms like advertised. The only good this was the beds are cunfertable and rooms where clean.
