These rooms are old apartments and the condition if everything is refurbished furniture. Bed was springy with a dip in the middle. Not good to those with bad backs. The bathroom was dirty. The tub wasn’t cleaned. The bathroom sink cracked. Couldn’t open curtains very well, only black out curtains no sheer to let light in. Other guests were loud with loud animals. Hallways were filthy and trash strewn on the outside grounds. We slept one night and left as soon as we could. I don’t recommend for future. Not worth the three-digit price.

This place was Horrid. Its deceptively advertised. Check in was a challenge after 5pm. The place is a dump, its effectively renting a room in the projects. People of suspicious nature hanging around everywhere outside. The building my room was in had an unbearably strong odor of Air Freshener spray. The room was small, run down and not at all like the pictures. I tried to spend the first night but the stench made it so that I could not sleep and wound up sleeping in my vehicle. I contacted the property for a refund but that was out of the question once they have entrapped you. I gave up on my last 3 paid days and found another place for the rest of the weekend. Buyer Beware this place in not even 1 star much less the 6 its listed as on the web site. Just Horrible.

The check in procedure was really bad and poorly communicated. After driving around the complex trying to find a check in desk i called the number on the door. Come to find out they dont have one and you at a condo complex. they then had to send me a link so i could pay an extra 35 dollars i will probably never see again. Then call them back so yhe could then send me instruction on how to get to the renal unit. I then had to what building the unit was in. Over all i would not recommend.

Our very first room that we originally was given had several things wrong with it. Such as the tub looked at horrible, the couch looked like it had dog hair all over it. Some of the lights written on and that list goes on. We were sent to another room where it appeared to be. Ok, until the roaches started to come out, which ruin of the entire trip.

I like having a separate bedroom, that’s why I chose this motel. The first room they put us in however need a renovation it was not up to my standard spot on the sofa, TV didn’t work properly, so they moved us to another room and it was much better. No bad odor like 1st room, bed was comfortable but only local channels on TV, no premium channels. Good for the price though.

I work nearby, have long hours and thought this would be great to stay after a long day of work. Problem is their office closes at 5 pm (it is actually apartment complex), no directions for late check-ins. Dropped by the next day mid day to get a refund, office is locked no note or anything indicating if theyd be back. So unless you can happen to catch these people at just the right time, it effectively is a scam. Dont advertise for something you cant deliver. I will try one more time for a refund and will then have to fight it on my credit card, report them, etc.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. When we arrived, there were people outside who appeared to be using drugs, which immediately made us feel unsafe. The building itself smelled strongly of chemicals and smoke. When we entered our room, the odor was even worse. It reeked of cigarette smoke mixed with harsh cleaning products, despite the property claiming to be non-smoking. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with visible stains on the couch and bed. It looked nothing like the photos on the listing. The property was clearly misrepresented. The smell was so strong that it gave me an immediate headache, and my clothes and hair smelled terrible after being inside for only a short time. My family and I could not stay there for health and safety reasons. When I asked for a refund, the front desk said I had to go through Hotels.com. Hotels.com was unhelpful, and the hotel refused responsibility, claiming the stay was non-refundable, even though the room was uninhabitable. On top of that, we were forced to check in through another website and sign a separate contract and pay extra fees that were not clearly disclosed when booking. This place is dirty, misleading, and poorly managed. Do not trust the photos or description. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The booking page does not make it clear that you will not be able to access your room without additional steps, unlike an actual hotel. You have to hunt for the fine print. If you do not see the fine print you will arrive at a closed leasing office with no one answering the phone . Hotels.com should make this ABUNDANTLY clear on the listing page, without having to hunt for the small print!!
