Disappointed!
Okay.
The hotel is good but the service staff in restaurant need more training. Tea order took about 30 minutes to arrive, order for food of parathas at breakfast did not arrive till after we were about to leave our table after 40 minutes. The orders were mixed up regularly. There is no urgency for the staff to serve. The in room dining forgot to bring complete order. Very disappointing. Such a shame.

I don’t like 5*Hotel staff walking around in hoodies.
Staff is very young and lacking professionalism from my opinion.
Airport pickup didnt work as requested. Left me uninformed, when car had an issue and oickup delayed

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my daughter and I had during our stay at Radisson Red, Mohali, from January 18th onwards. As someone who frequently travels and has enjoyed stays at various Radisson properties in the past, I was taken aback by the issues we faced during our visit.
From the very beginning, the service was far below expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the front desk by Ms. Devanshi and Duty Manager Mr. Shenoy, whose demeanor was far from welcoming. Their lack of warmth and professionalism made it seem as though they were reluctant to assist us.
We arrived an hour before the check-in time and were willing to wait for a suitable room. Despite booking a superior room with a king bed, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and were pressured to accept a twin-bed room instead. After insisting on waiting, we were assigned Room 224, which was in an unacceptable condition. The sheets, bathroom, and trash bin were filthy, which was both unhygienic and repulsive. Later moved to 228.
There the Bathroom sink didn’t work the water would remain in it for a long time. The sheets had small hairs. Towels old. Jet spray didn’t work properly
