The communication with the hotel from the get go was excellent. Mr Tanner was so kind and helpful from the time we arrived till we left. He’s very polite and so are the hotel staff. This has been an amazing experience at a hotel to feel warm and welcome. This is exactly what customer service is about, and I’d come here again for every other stay. This hotel values the customer, and that is core value to feel welcome. Excellent breakfast as well. And the hotel is super central to old town, and yet quiet being in the center. Rooms are definitely small, so if you have multiple large check ins, you’ll be getting creative on how to unpack:))

The staff was warm, kind, and helpful—facilitating logistics for tours I’d booked separately. The room was comfortable and adorable with great AC.
