Darren was an excellent host, very personable and helpful. Genuinely interested in his customers and had a great sense of humour and lots of funny anecdotes. Owners of the Ashley House guest house made me very welcome (made sure I was correctly parked, showed me the room, gave pub/running routes recommendations, etc.). Breakfast was fresh and well-made. A short stay but made very welcome.
