Bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. Four pillows on our king size bed were completely worn out and flat smaller than a throw pillow. Pool area was not as advertised no lounge chairs and water was disgusting. Look like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Breakfast options were limited and eggs were runny every single day we stayed for seven nights hotel was clean enough and staff was friendly. Very disappointed in the pool situation as we plan to spend our days lounging by the pool, but we’re unable to even sit around the pool at all due to lack of chairs and pool water conditions.

The room itself was excellent. But I was terribly disappointed in the tv. I had only 9 available channels and 5 of them were sports channels. I am not interested in sports. I was also disappointed that there weren't any chaise lounge chairs at the pool. There were only table chairs.

First of all just trying to find the property was difficult. You go in the entrance to another hotel in order to get to Sure Stay. Secondly, the hotel was dated and needs renovating. Blinds in the room did not work properly. No safe in the room. No clock in the room. Thirdly, the breakfast was very basic. Unappetizing pastries. No meat. No yogurt.

Front desk staff and housekeeping staff was always rude and seemed like they didn’t want to help guests at all. One morning after 7 mornings of getting breakfast and bringing to our room we were told that all food had to stay in the breakfast area. There is no signage stating this and no one said anything the whole week.

2 fans in bathroom no way to turn on. Couldnt use the shower due to black mold, hinges on door were rusted. I took pictures. Run down in need of updating. Maintenance of room terrible. Not recommeneded.

The hotel was comfortable enough. I've stayed here several times. The room was very spacious, especially for the price. My only real complaint was the person who checked me in. Very disinterested in her job. Acted like I was interrupting her smoke break. Only did the bare minimum. Other staff (day and 3rd shift) were super nice. I was there 2 nights.

I stayed in many hotels all over the state of Florida and I have to say that this particular sure stay by Best Western was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff was rude the rooms were shabby housekeeping was intrusive and management or untrained and very unprofessional
