这次是带着父母和孩子入住了五晚。前两天在一直在酒店里阳光海岸沙滩，虽然气温有点低，但是也能在加热的泳池里玩玩水。这里沙滩不大，仅供酒店客人使用，所以人不多，私密性很好。房间有配套完整的厨房（微波炉、烤箱、锅碗瓢盆）以及洗衣机和烘干机，很适合长住一段时间。最赞的还是它的位置，对面就是很大的safeway超市，可以买到各种生活用品，对我们一大家子人来说，简直太方便了。而且这里处于南北线的正中间，去哪里都不会太远

Great Stay, no regrets

All of us (family of 4, kids aged 12 and 6) agreed that our vacation in Kauai was the best we've ever had together. A big part of that was our choice of accommodations. At first I was a bit worried about the price, but the joy we experienced and the quality of vacation we had proved it was the right choice. Great location, especially for a family like us that chooses to cook breakfasts and some dinners instead of dragging picky eater kids to restaurants, the facility and grounds were beautiful, sun rises over the ocean, easy proximity to all the island's attractions, and the wonderful pool and water slides. We all had a great time and I think a big part of that was "home base" of the Waipouli Beach Resort. Even having to spend a chunk of vacation evactuated due to the tsunami warning did not hamper our good time. :)

Loving Kauai 🌺🌸🍹

My husband and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary. And we chose this place because it was beautiful with tropical gardens. An amazing pool with waterslides lazy river if you’re looking for a nice steak seafood dinner there’s a place right across the way Bull Shed. (Delicious)$$$

Our unit E304. It was clean, pristine and very relaxing. We loved all the Hawaiian decor in the high end appliances.

Walking distance across the little water channel is a delicious ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ restaurant (Bull-shed 🐂) and they offer steaks, seafood, and other amazing choices. They do have a bar with live music as well. My husband steak was huge.

Loved staying on this property. It has the comfort and space of a condo with the resort vibe. The pool was great, we watched the sunrise from the beach most mornings, the gym was better than most, the 2 bedroom condo was spacious and we hated leaving.

Loved this property. So peaceful. Very spacious. Located right across the street from a shopping center with grocery store, ABC store, restaurants, etc. More restaurants and shops are just a few minute drive or walk away. We will definitely be back.

Our stay started off on the wrong foot and unfortunately set the tone for the entire trip. The room had a strange smell, like something was being covered up with plug-ins, and everything felt dated. The kitchen had updated appliances, but the furniture and decor were old. We tried to make the best of it and went to the pool, which was much smaller than the photos suggested. But then things took a turn for the worse. My youngest daughter went to shower and suddenly screamed—sewage was coming up from the drain. The smell was unbearable. We called the front desk and someone came to unblock it, but when I asked to be moved due to the health hazard, the manager coldly said there were no rooms and we could either stay or check out. No professional cleaning was offered, just regular housekeeping with a mop. After begging, they offered one night at their sister hotel, but we had to pack up, drive over, and return the next day—wasting our limited vacation time. The manager was dismissive and condescending, claiming, “These things happen once in a blue moon.” We were only refunded for one night. The second bathroom remained unusable, so five of us shared one shower. The smell lingered. Also, the washer smelled awful and had sand and possible mold in the lining. What was supposed to be a special family and anniversary trip turned into one of the worst travel experiences we’ve had. I truly question how this place is being managed. Stay far away!

Of all the places we stayed during our trip to Hawaii, this is the only one I wouldn't go back to. This isn't your typical hotel experience as it's really a timeshare facility. Apparently you need to check in before 7pm...something that was later found buried in the information about the place. We arrived at 10pm and had to call a number and get codes to enter the rooms. Would have been helpful to have that info more prevalent. The rooms are spacious and it was lovely to have the in-unit washer/dryer. Some of the units are more updated than others and in our case, the pull-out sofa bed our daughters slept on had definitely seen better days. Pool is nice and had two waterslides which the kids enjoyed. Hot tub has a sand/gravel floor. Centrally located on the island btw the northern and southern coasts. Grocery store and other conveniences across the street.

Nice, spacious condo, a quiet getaway. Good location next to the beach and across the road from a shopping center. Although laundry detergents were listed as an amenity, I later found out you have to purchase them from the front desk. There aren't elevators on every building so if you're unable to climb stairs well, some areas might be a little inconvenient.

The location is good, but if you chose this studio it's completely dated and needs to be remodeled. In addition the air conditioner is a big unit in the middle of this studio so if you're a light sleeper it will wake you up every time it turns on as it does make noise. In addition it does need to be services as it doesn't get the room cold enough.

Our condo did not have working internet when we checked in. The first maintenance personnel that showed up checked the internet with his phone and work password and said it was working for him. I showed him that it was not working for me and asked him to try the guest account on his phone. He told me it was the end of his shift and it wouldn't be until later that someone could work on it. As we did not want anyone in our room without us there, we had to wait until 1:30pm the next day for a technician. This time it was agreed that our room internet was not working and the technician replaced the connections in the wall that were corroded. He was quick and professional and our internet worked well after that. We enjoyed the beach and pool area as well as having a good sized condo with kitchen for eating and relaxing.
