Nice place! A little noisy however, it could have been our location on the 1st level. Unfortunately ,there also was a guest above our room with noisy children jumping around their room for close to 3 hours. We know it's not the fault of the hotel and the front desk person did his best visiting the room twice to ask them to be quieter. Overall a nice place and we would stay again. Perhaps on a higher floor next time. Lol

Room was well laid out, clean, quiet. Because we were there over a week we had several opportunities to have housekeeping they did a fantastic job couldn’t have asked for anything better. Breakfast were consistently very good. Management was a joy to work with when we had to change our plans and even looked up another other properties in Tulare so that we could stay there a night and then return home early. Our plans changed not because of the property we unfortunately picked up a cold and my husband and I need to travel back home after finishing our business in the area. We will definitely stay at this property again. I think you will be pleased at how close it is to everything.

There were lots of families so the breakfast would go fast, but the staff would quickly refill anything that ran out. The dining area is pretty small, special during busy season, so it was tough finding a spot sometimes.
