The hotel was easy to get to, between the metro and railway stations about 10 mins walk. Staff were always around, very friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet, well equipped and comfortable. The rainforest shower was great with instant hot water. There were lifts to every room and a self-serve laundry in the basement. It was a good neighbourhood with a great bakery nearby.

My husband and I spent three nights at this wonderful hotel/apartment! I loved the cleanliness of the room, the washing machine, the balcony, and its perfect location! We truly appreciated the free wine Happy Hour each evening as well as the free tipples at night. An unexpected treat! The staff were very courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel!

The apt was nice, the breakfast is good and the free drinks are nice. But there’s always some design flaw when I’m there (I’ve stayed there four times in the past 8 months). This time it was the light over the window table. It switched off automatically every 15 mins or so. So I sat there working and had to get up to turn it on every 15 mins. Also, it’s quite noisy from the street outside and you can hear when ppl in other apartments flush or shower

Although we didn’t take breakfast, the apartment was large, warm and clean. Everything you could need was provided. The location was near all attractions and a supermarket. The metro station was very close and provides a direct line to and from the airport. All of the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The bar was convenient and provided free wine 5 until 6 and free spirits from 10 until 11. A very nice gesture.

Overall good stay! Spacious apartment however our bathroom could use work. Some mildew build up not removed during cleaning and cracked tile on floor which was sharp when walking so had to be careful. Otherwise staff was extremely friendly and happy hour drink before and after dinner included was a nice touch.
