I already did this with Hilton, but this was the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in. There were problems from the time I walked in the door. There was marijuana come in from the side. I got inside and figured it wasn’t gas. It was your help behind the desk I could go on and on, but I’m tired of writing this I’ve sent to and I’ve had Hilton credit my account with some points, but that doesn’t cut it. I want my money back. There was no coffee for breakfast. There was no eggs for breakfast. The waffle machine does not work for breakfast. I came back from my truck to tell the front desk all the problems and the front door was locked. You could get in the front one, but the second door is locked so I called let the phone ring 15 -20 times for the front desk and nobody answered. My room wasn’t made up when they checked me into 202 then they wouldn’t bring me a key to 232. They said they were going to but they didn’t. It was horrible. When I asked for more coffee, I had to go to the front desk ding the bell. The lady came out of the back. I think I woke her up. She said it would take 5 to 10 minutes to get some more coffee out there …really people want to get on the road. Coffee should be made at all times there was nothing else to drink there no juice no water no anything the milk was out. I was gonna have some cereal, but it was out. It was horrible. The whole stay was horrible.
