Value for money. Well placed close-by Galata and not far from the Sultan palace and all the ferry boats. The room was comfortable clean and well equiped. The hotel itself is small but nice and well maintained. Breakfast is ok, it maybe be better with little but is fair and the terrace where it is served is really nice

This boutique hotel is a gem! The rooms are very comfortable. They are well designed. The staff are extremely helpful. The location is excellent--it is close to Galata tower and many good restaurants. It is close to both the subway and tram. It was a wonderful stay.

Right away, we were treated with respect and kindness, and given a glass of water after the long and hot journey from the airport. We stayed in a beautiful room with a lovely view of the water. The breakfast was delicious. We would gladly return.

Fantastisk opphold i koselige omgivelser

Vi hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold på dette lille og koselige hotellet! Det er et lite, men utrolig sjarmerende sted med en perfekt beliggenhet – stille og rolig, men samtidig med gangavstand til Galata-tårnet, Galata-broen og alt det spennende den europeiske delen av Istanbul har å by på. Personalet var utrolig hjelpsomme og imøtekommende hele veien. Man føler seg virkelig sett og tatt vare på her. Frokosten var utmerket – hjemmelaget og smakfull, servert i hyggelige omgivelser. Rommet var pent, rent og komfortabelt, med alt vi trengte. Dette er ikke et stort hotell, men det er nettopp det som gjør det så spesielt – det føles personlig og ekte. Vi reiser hjem med mange gode minner, og kommer gjerne tilbake!😍😍😍

Otel konum olarak çok merkezi ve hemen karşısında katlı otopark mevcut, park sorunu da yaşamıyorsunuz. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Biz aydınlığa bakan, küçük bir odada kaldık fakat problem olmadı. İyi dekore edilmiş, son derece sessiz, yatağı rahat, banyosu geniş, sorunsuz, yeterli bir oda idi. Ben pek temizlik açısından rahat edemem otellerde fakat bu otel beni bu konuda çok iyi hissettirdi. Gördüğüm en temiz otellerden biriydi. Kahvaltısı da başarılıydı. Hem kahvaltıyı yaptığınız teras katın manzarası çok güzeldi hem de kahvaltısı sıcaklar , soğuklar ve içecekler olarak lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Biz son derece memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz.

What an amazing experience! Boutique Hotel steps from Galata Tower, central to everything. I’ll try to be detailed but brief. And for reference when deciding if you would pick this place, I will give you a reference point. Mentally Im Ritz Carlton (lol), financially Hilton Garden Inn (ok, moving on) So overall, yes, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. (and yes- this was our first time to Istanbul) Gift Hotel Centrally located-Euro side Staff: Outstanding, friendly, helpful (small treats everyday at checkin) Breakfast daily 8-10am: Delish + sufficient. We felt full everyday. Fresh everything! Room: tidy, clean, plenty of room for us two Bed comfort: ok, a bed topper would help Pillows: clean, comfortable (I need a good pillow) Bathroom: not huge-but shower was a nice size, water pressure-amazing, got hot fast, clean and cute. No bad water smells and wasnt afraid to brush my teeth with it. Towels: Big, clean, a little worn, non issue. Wifi: good+pretty fast Wet bar with cokes, water bottles, coffee + quality teas. Quiet streets, AC cold at 23°c with the fan on max, then would raise to 24 for comfort. They handled our private airport transfers for 90euro (total) roundtrip Metro 5 min walk (but we always walked 10 min to Karakoy by the water to get to Asian side), Galata Tower few minute walk (5min). We really didnt need a GPS bc the tower is your landmark, once you orient yourself its super easy to get around. I definately reccommend the Gift Hotel!

Ich hatte einen tollen 8-tägigen Aufenthalt im The Gift. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und stets darum bemüht, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das gesamte Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern ausgestattet und schön sauber. Das Frühstück war super lecker. Die Auswahl war groß und abwechslungsreich und alles war frisch zubereitet. Auch das Personal im Restaurant war überaus zuvorkommend und hat jederzeit für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der exzellente Service, der sich durchgehend durch meinen Aufenthalt gezogen hat. Das gesamte Team war jederzeit ansprechbar, herzlich und professionell. Ich habe mich wirklich willkommen gefühlt und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch! Danke an alle vom Team für diese wunderschöne Zeit bei euch!

Absolutely wonderful boutique hotel nestled right on the edge of Beyoglu. Everyone on staff present was respectful and polite. The property was well maintained and incredibly charming. One thing to keep in mind is they tend not to answer the phone, so if you book through Expedia the airport transfer may be difficult to schedule preemptively.

The hotel is very small and old. The first room that we settled wasn’t good at all. It was small, dark, humid, no air, no window and overpriced. The location was right on the street and taxi couldn’t park there because there wasn’t any parking spot. The walking path around the hotel was terrible. It had broken stones and unsafe. The staff was nice. The breakfast didn’t have much choice.

Excellent warm hospitality. The rooms are compact but modern and chic. My only complaint was the sound isolation between rooms and corridors. Breakfast is very good overlooking a seeworthy view across the golden horn. Hotel is located on a slightly steep road in case you walk there with luggage otherwise the metro is quite close.

My husband and I stayed for 15 days (September 2024) at this hotel and we liked it a lot. I selected a room with bay window for an additional fee and was very happy. T tis hotel is conveniently located within 10 minutes walk of the famous Istiklal Caddesi (Independence street) where lots of good shops are located. The area is safe even late at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager Gokhan Ozcetinkaya greeted us on arrival as we got out of the car. I also met the owner of the hotel and had a nice chat with him. The building has been fully renovated a year and a half ago, and is earthquake proof and offers all amenities. The shower is amazing. The breakfast is served daily from 8:30 am to 11 am and I found it to be healthy and delicious. It is served on the 6th floor which has a very nice view of Halic. I recommend this hotel to any traveler to Istanbul who does not want to spend a lot of money but who wants quality and convenience, especially for first time travelers.

This hotel was an amazing find and would definitely stay again! It’s in a convenient area for shopping, tourist attractions, ferries/metro, and walking around to explore. It’s on a main road but the room was so quiet and had a great view of the water. The staff were so sweet and helpful, offered to call us taxis whenever they saw us heading out for the day, helped us find the nearest metro and gave suggestions of things to do. Also helped us send out our laundry as we’d been traveling for awhile and it was very affordable. Big breakfast spread in a rooftop cafe with beautiful views. The room was super clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Also the hotel is just beautiful design-wise; tons of cool art on the walls and tasteful decor.

A perfect hotel in every way!!! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean, tidy and everything is thought out. The terrace overlooks the sea and is always open. The breakfast is very delicious and fresh. The location is central, 5 minutes walking distance to Galata Tower and 8 minutes walking distance to Istiklal Street. It was the most comfortable, fun and safe hotel experience of my life. I would like to thank everyone who contributed. I definitely recommend it!
