The bath water in the bathroom is not hot, and after communicating with the front desk, it is still not solved. The sound of the alarm kept going noise at night until three o 'clock in the morning, so that people could not sleep, it was really bad, the hotel staff knew about it, no one to solve it, almost the whole building heard it. Having to catch a plane at 5am and not being able to sleep is a terrible experience!

Worst hotel ever

We had 3 rooms booked and all rooms had to be changed due to mold, ac broken, my daughter was in the bathroom when the lock broke, bad smell like a dead rat, or cleaning of the room was so bad we couldn’t stay in it. We ended up buying bleach and cleaning the room our self’s. Roaches coming come from ac vent or refrigerator. Mold on wall and bathrooms. The toilet had poop on under the seat before we even used it. The team members didn’t do anything to help cleaning crew manager ask if things are better but I don’t understand how something could be better if you don’t clean no one even came into the room to clean.

GT vacay

A+ customer service, courteous staff including the security staff and house keeping. Appreciated there were security on-site. Enjoyed the daily breakfast which was a wide variety of traditional Guyanese foods. Thank you dinning room/kitchen staff for accommodating our requests and doing such a great job. We enjoyed the fun park, pool bar and entertainment (live music). We didn't get to enjoy the pool because of time constraints but it appears to be clean. Would be nice if the pool hours were later than 6 p.m. The rooms and hotel itself needs lots of upgrading, TLC to fix the rotting ceiling and other deteriorating structures. We encountered a stained bed sheet the first night which staff quickly replaced without a fuss. But in the first place it should not have been placed on the bed. The blanket had stains as well as the mattress. Mattress needs to be thrown away, period! Towels were torn and stained, the couch had a stain on it that could have easily been cleaned when the spill first occurred. The gym was ok, small, not a lot of equipment. The only working treadmill out of the 3, needs calibrated, it was sluggish and the stats were way off. It would be greatly appreciated if there were designated smoking areas. Folks were just smoking every corner I turned which flared up my asthma and caused me to not stay outside too long in the lounge area enjoying the live music. Please consider designated smoking areas. Overall, yes, I would stay here again.

Fiz uma viagem a trabalho, onde tive a oportunidade de conhecer o país, ficando nesse hotel. Achei que o quarto é muito confortável, muito espaçoso e de boa qualidade. Achei que a acústica poderia ser melhor, estava sozinho no quarto e muitas conseguia ouvir um pouco a conversa de outros quartos. Café da manhã e restaurante de ótima qualidade.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Georgetown Princes

I recently stayed at the Ramada Georgetown Princess Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a convenient location just outside central Georgetown, with spacious grounds and a beautiful view of the Demerara River. The staff was polite and professional, always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were large, comfortable, and had strong air conditioning — very important in the local climate. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, although at times the connection speed varied. The on-site restaurant had a decent variety of dishes, and breakfast was included and served buffet-style with both local and international options. There's also a casino, gym, and a pool area, which adds value for travelers looking for extra leisure during their stay. That said, a few areas could use improvement. Some of the facilities feel a bit dated, and occasional delays in room service or maintenance responses were noticeable. With a bit more attention to upkeep and quicker service response, the overall experience would be even better. This hotel should be condemned

Where do I begin? Let’s start with I booked for business using our online booking tool and we had a change of dates due to the holiday. One month before my trip, I tried contacting the hotel via email and phone call multiple times with no answer. The travel agent even tried unsuccessfully. We had to do a separate booking to add the extra days onto the stay. When it came to the check-in, they couldn’t retrieve the booking initially because the front desk didn’t know how to read a passport that shows last name first and then proceeded to argue with me that I booked under the wrong first name. Now to the quality of the room, the toilet seat was completely broken, the toilet brush was dirty and just laying on the floor. There was rust everywhere and the shower water ran brown the entire time. The bed sheets were obviously dirty and there were several stains on the linens and roaches. The housekeeper informed me that there is only one towel per room even though we had booked a double room, and the front desk did nothing about it. We were there for 4 days and the room wasn’t even cleaned once. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Now to the service, the front desk was not helpful at all, there is a room service menu that says room service is available 24 hours a day, however every time we tried to order something, room service was not available. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, We will take our business visits for our company back to grand coastal. We were extremely disappointed with this hotel.

Did not like that there was green disinfectant in a puddle in the bathroom. It looked like the room was in the process of being cleaned and then left. The hotel felt grubby.. You need to put more effort into the cleanliness of the rooms.
