The hotel was lovely, nicely decorated and clean. The staff upon arrival were excellent and throughout our stay. The hotel is centrally located in the old town and a 5 minute walk from the main market square where many great restaurants and bars are located. You can walk to Wawel castle and the Jewish Quarter as they are not too far either. The room was spacious, clean and had the use of a mini bar, dressing gowns, slippers, iron and ironing board. The is also a laundry service. All in all a great stay in Krakow.

Great central location and a lovely stylish hotel with fantastic rooms. We never ate or drank here so I cannot comment on this. The local tram network can prove to be noisy at night time but isn’t too bad considering. Our stay was unfortunately let down by other loud residents who didn’t adhere to the hotel rules of silence between 22:00-06:00. I felt this could have been better controlled by the staff, on one particular night we were woken by a noisy group on our floor at 01:00 followed by a drunken man trying to access our room at 04:00. It’s safe to say on we had a very poor sleep following this. I felt overall the volume of other guest could have been controlled better by the staff but I also appreciate this is tricky.
