When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I was set up with the room on the third floor as soon as I reach the door the cleaning lady in the hallway says the room is not clean. It’s not ready. We asked if she was about to clean it she says no you have to go to the desk. I don’t have that room so we went back down to the front desk the young lady that checked, the sin was gone, there was a new lady there we overheard her explaining the amenities and other things to another customer which we were not told about so when it came to our turn, we explained to her what had happened. She quickly set us up with another room and explained all of the things we had no knowledge about upon entering the room it looked clean until I looked at the cover on the bed, which had a stain on it. I went down to housekeeping and asked for a new oneI went to the bathroom. There was hair in the sink. The tub was dirty. The toilet was dirty. I personally wiped down the toilet myself. I sprayed the sink out with the products I had purchased from Walmart and then I sprayed the shower, but I was too tired to . continue cleaning so I asked if someone could come and clean it for me so they sent the housekeeping manager, Mia to take care of it she cleaned it to my liking and she also knew that I was headed to a funeral and when I came back, there was a note in the room on the counter that said I’m sorry for your loss Mia the next morning I thanked her. I really appreciated that note and her assistance cleanin
