Relaxing couple getaway

We stayed here four nights on our honeymoon i none of the casitas. All I can say is... wow. I don't think I've ever been so relaxed. There was always space beside the pool or on the beach. No fighting peopel for lounge chairs. This is not a party resort. It's a great place to just enjoy yourself in relative peace and tranquility. Great variety and quality of food. We had dinner at a different place every night (4 nights). Tacos in the afternoon... The service and all the people working here are so lovely. In particular, Brian at Le Bisoux, Russel at El Mar & 'Big Ben' Benicio helping us with everything else. Highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be back.

Everyone who works here are truly amazing people!! They all seem to love their jobs and go far and beyond to make sure your stay is the best you've ever had anywhere. From the time we stepped foot out of our private car to meet Christian our host/concierge/bellman/anything you need man (seriously the best), welcoming drinks, to checkin in and led up to our Junior Ocean View Suite. Every night there was truly special for us and the food was amazing at every single place we ate. Even the beach snacks and Caffeto were outstanding!!! We will definitely be returning here again as it has become one of our favorite locations now. We missed out on trying their spa services but used the gym facilities which were fabulous too. Thanks again for taking such great care of us.

If you are a couple looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation, this is the resort for you! I’ve stayed at other Excellence resorts (in Playa Mujeres and Riviera Cancún), and this one by far was the most chill. Service was great! Oscar on the beach kept the food and drinks coming as needed and Marisol ensured that there were FUN, daily activities for those who wanted a little more! (Although we did not receive our hat for winning the guacamole championship!) - overall, we had a great time! It was clean, quiet and the food was really very good.

This establishment is failing. The dusgusting smell of sewage, there was only one poor that was not clean, there is no beach. The water front area is barely a cove and the seating is torn up and dirty.

The best part about this resort was the staff. Every single one of them goes above and beyond to make you happy. I just won’t go back because there isn’t much to do. Entertainment needs to be better. They should have more games around the pool to keep guest busy. As far as the food, it was really good but I just wished they also had a buffet at lunch with a salad bar. The property is beautiful and well maintained.

The stay at Beloved EXCEEDED expectations. From the welcome out of the shuttle to the property grounds and food. We felt very pampered and relaxed during our stay. ALL the staff were wonderful and attentive. The stand-out for us was the Spa- incredible. We also loved the bike tour with Marisol! So fun to get out and see a few things. If you are looking for a relaxed and high end stay with your loved one- I would definitely recommend Beloved!

We had the hydrotherapy 30 min session & added the three upgrades. It was worth every minute & penny spent. The most relaxed I’ve been in a long time. Regina was amazing and explained every step of the hydrotherapy part. One day we never left the room! Stayed outside in the sun or shade all day & ordered room service, which is available 24/7!! Food was great and the staff is amazing.

Excelente hotel! La habitación increíble! El unico tema fue que habia un solo restaurante para cenar y tuvimos que esperar una hora. Por lo demas todo bien, comida y bebidas premium.
