Rob and his front desk staff (all of them, not just one) were great. They made sure we had everything we needed. We had a minor issue, but they fixed it for us right away. Except the shower door did not stay closed and water was everywhere when trying to take a shower. Huge liability and very dangerous. Its interesting because the floor by the refrigerator slopes and is not level which must continue to the shower behind that wall. We liked the size of the room though.

Everything was amazing! From the time we walked in early for our reservation, Rob made sure he was able to accommodate us pretty quickly with his courteous personality and smile. Room was immaculate and we did forget toothpaste, but staff at the desk (sorry I forgot your name) was again smiling and prompt with what we needed. Breakfast was so good, hot and fresh and decent selection. Every time we went to the pool/hot tub, we were the only ones there! Every staff member had a smile when we saw them. They all had smiles and were courteous and sociable with everyone. We came with one goal in mind and we are definitely returning because this place went above and beyond for us!
