This is our second stay at the property and we have to say that this experience was even better this time. I really enjoyed meeting Tim, the GM this visit. The rooms are very well layed out for comfort and convenience, and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the morning coffees and pastries. We will definitely come again when we visit NYC!

Our room was spotless and I liked that the room was straightened up each day with fresh towels and complimentary water refills in the water carafe. Staff was helpful and friendly.
