We highly recommend this resort - Michelin rating is well deserved!!! We came a few days after the typhoon hit El Nido area, the resort communicated with us, their staff was amazing, the resort was very clean, great customer service - the food was excellent - we had a wonderful time given weather from the Typhoon that hit north during our stay. Airport Transportation was on time - well worth organizing before we got there

Very clean! Very kind staff. Good food, breakfast and drinks. Nice pool. They have a private beach called Papaya Beach, a very clean one too. The ride to the private beach is free with a great tour guide. The beach has great spot for snorkeling. I highly highly recommend this place!

Excellent!! Staff is what really makes this resort. Shout out to Val from front desk who literally remembers every single guest name in the hotel. Also, Vince (server/bartender) who took care of us. This is an amazing property that has great water pressure, with comfortable beds! The water is all filtered so you do not need to worry when brushing teeth! The staff go above and beyond!
