I booked this hotel based on excelent reviews, however my experience was not even
good.
I booked a king suite, but when we arrived at the hotel they took us to a basic room with sofa bed. When I said that this is not the room I paid for, the lady from the reception just said "I know, the room you have booked is not available. It has been double booked". So they tried to put us in much cheaper room, and that did not suceed. Then they upgarded the room to a double bedroom suite. And there it began...it took a while to get it unlocked, the room was not in good condition - several wholes in the walls, fillers on the walls in different places, dirty fingerprints on the balcony glass door, no towels or bath matt, and NO WIFI and TVs did not work. I did not expect to arrive to this. When I adressed the issues at the reception, the receptionists were quite rude. They gave us two big bath towels after 4 hours after check in, no robs, no bath matt. The shower door was hanging half way attached to the frame.
Next day I spoke to the hotel manager, her answers were shocking - that nothing is perfect in life, life is full with problems, but she will ask tecnicians to check the wifi issues. No apologies, nothing.
They offered us to downgrade the room which in my view was not acceptable. We stayed two nights with no interent or TVs we could watch. The only nice staff was a cleaning lady who at least was bothered to help out with some stuff.
2. Both pools are nice, breakfest quite basic.
