This was my very first time visiting Cancun. Everyone that works here is so friendly. I had arrived at 10 or 11 am - Check in wasn't available until 3 pm but they were able to let me into my room earlier which was so awesome. The room and bathroom are huge and very clean. I had hot water for showers everyday. The balcony was beautiful. I loved to sit out and drink my coffee each morning while the sun rose. This really is an amazing stay. I did not receive a code for the front door, only the front gate. So I had to have the security guard or the housekeeper let me in each day. The security guard was super nice, he had no problem letting me in each day - sometimes multiple times a day. I did try an reach out to the owner or person through WhatsApp, Multiple times, to recieve my code to the front door but never received a reply or code for the front door. It is within walking distance of a couple of convenience stores. They also have complementary coffee in the kitchen. I did not get a chance to use the pool, as I was having dental work done the whole time but it looked very clean and clear. The kitchen and dining room are beautifully decorated. Very welcoming. The Vica Guest house will be where I stay when visiting Cancún in the future. They are all very nice and welcoming.

They would not give us a Tom on the first floor, I’m handicapped and the house doesn’t have an elevator, I left the following morning and requested a refund for the remaining 5 days… opened a case with Expedia.

Es una casa hotel adaptada , está cómoda solo el personal con dudas al recibirnos por ser de la aplicación , la Tele no tenía control y no se podía usar , la alberca bien , flexibles con el horario de uso el personal de la mañana te invita tu cafecito !

Pros: Zona muy tranquila con buena ubicación, habitación amplia, camas muy cómodas, muy buena limpieza, buena relación calidad-precio. Cons: Los códigos de acceso me fueron proporcionados a las 3:18 PM, mismos que por sus normas debieron ser enviados pocos minutos antes de las 3 PM que es la hora de entrada. El personal de recepción no se encontraba en ese momento por lo que la llave de la habitación me fue entregada a más de 30 minutos de haber ingresado de manera automatizada a la propiedad. La persona encargada, con la cual me comuniqué vía telefónica, se enfocó en el problema logrando solucionarlo a través de una tercera persona. Se pudiese evitar ese contratiempo igualmente automatizando la entrada a la habitación. Por lo que respecta a la propiedad, volvería a hospedarme allí. Al contrario, por los fallos en la atención al cliente no lo haria

We had a very pleasant stay at Vica GH. The home is beautiful and well-maintained, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Just a note for future guests: this is not a hotel, so there is no daily room cleaning unless you request it. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay again!

Very beautiful kind of spanish inspired property (wood, stone, ceramic) located just a little outside Cancun Centro, in a very quiet street. The Room and the house are very well kept, super clean. Beatiful kitchen and common Areas. I found it difficult to get the arrival instructions, since they were sent to me the day of my arrival, at 3 in the afternoon. The passwords to open the gate and the front door were sent on an application that i am not familiar with, Octorate, so i actually never got them. Fortunately, even if we arrived very late (11pm), the security guard openned the door for us and gave us the codes. Staff was super nice. In my Room, the only thing i can say is that the shower was leaking so we had to take our towels to wipe the Floor. Overall 9/10! I recommand!

Great value, clean and good location.m

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The AC worked well. The bathroom was big, but like other reviewers mentioned, the shower wasn’t warm. It didn’t bother me too much so I didn’t mention it. The pool was refreshing and for the most part only used by me on my two days. The staff were lovely, friendly and patient with my limited Espanol. The only drawback was they didn’t send me the email with the entry code for their ‘digital reception’ which really stressed me out. The day before and day I was flying out, I’d asked for it by contacting them through hotels.com and on their WhatsApp number and didn’t get a reply. The app they suggested downloading wasn’t straight forward and requested sign in details with no registration option, so that didn’t work. It was to be my first accommodation in my Mexico trip and I wouldn’t/didn’t have a sim card/data when i arrived to try and figure things out or contact them once I’d arrived. Thankfully, the ‘digital reception’ was accompanied by a helpful security guard who helped me, but he wasn’t 24/7, so they really need to get better at sending that info out prior to arrival. Location was good for me. 10 mins walk to the big mall and easy access via uber to everywhere else like the ADO and supermarkets.
