Cet hôtel est très bien pour des personnes comme nous qui ne cherchaient qu'un endroit correct pour dormir. il est situé non loin d'une station de métro, al fahidi à environ 800m. Pour ceux qui souhaitent vraiment cuisiner et prendre leurs repas, les ustensiles de cuisine sont vraiment inadaptés. Nous étions deux et forcément nous avons trouvé cet appartement très vaste. Ce dernier n'est pas récent mais propre. Dans ce quartier pas beaucoup d'européens mais aucun sentiment d'insécurité. Pour les petits budgets le AL SHAMS PLAZA est un bon compromis. J'espère vous avoir aidé dans votre recherche, Dubai est une ville en plein essor et à voir. Nous y retournerons sûrement plus tard pour nous rendre compte de son évolution. En ce moment c'est un gigantesque chantier. Bonnes vacances à vous.

Für den Zustand des Hotels zu teuer

Die Unterkunft is sehr groß man hat ausreichend Platz auch zu zweit oder zu dritt. Allerdings ist das Hotel generell schon "etwas in die Jahre gekommen" und braucht deutlich mehr als nur ein face-lift. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und versucht nach Möglichkeit alle Wünsche zu erfüllen, was allerdings nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen kann, daß die Zimmer schon etwas....sagen wir "schmuddelig" sind. Offenbar wird so nach und nach renoviert, allerdings scheinbar ohne jeden Plan. Steckdosen sind reichlich vorhanden nur leider nie dort, wo man welche benötigen würde. Das Mobiliar wirkt planlos zusammengewürfelt, bei einigen Möbelstücken fragt man sich, wozu diese übehaupt dienen sollen, wohin andere, z.B. Ein Schreibtisch völlig fehlen. Das WLAN funktioniert nur am Vormittag und spät in der NAcht einwandfrei, offenbar dann, wenn kaum jemand das Internet benutzt. Zu "normalen" Zeiten ist kaum eine Verbindung möglich. Gute Lage, Metro in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls

Very nice staff, very helpful. Clean rooms

Staff was very nice, from front desk to housekeeping. I liked the room just needs a little more updating. Area close to store , pharmacy, felt safe at all times . Will definitely come back.

Really good value for your money

Free WIFI in the rooms. Conveniently located hotel, close to metro, although the area as such was un-interesting. Rooms spacious - could be a bit cleaner and/or updated. Really nice and welcoming service. No trouble checking in, always helpful and ready with information. Brought up an extra bed with no extra charge (we were 3 people).

Bad experience

except staff hospitality, this hotel is not good at all, room furniture need to be renewed , no ac control and sometimes you have to call the maintenance after midnight to fix it !! very limited places in the in the very tight car parking, regarding my experience, i don't advise to stay in this hotel apartment while you could find better with the same price.

Not the best place to stay but cheap

The staff were not very helpful, they told us the Dubai mall was not open due to prayer on Friday we should go after 2:00 PM, when in fact it was. Then they told us they couldn't get us a taxi for the same reason, we walked outside and found our own taxi. Next the room shampoo and lotion in both bathrooms were used.

Vi ankom Dubai ved 03:00, ringte hotellet og ba dem om å hente oss, de var veldig hyggelige til det. Standarden på hotellet var fint ihht til prisen fikk vi mer en det vi hadde forventet. Personalet var hyggelige, deilig at de hadde gratis parkeringsmuligheter siden jeg leide bil. Hotellet lå mitt mellom det nye Dubai og den gammle delen av Dubai, ypperlig vis man vil utforske litt. Vil annbefalle dette hotellet til de som vurderer det, ikke forvent luxsus men et rent og fint hotell med det man trenger av nødvendige ting. Fin pris og hjelpelige personale. Beligenheten var topp, man kan sove lenge ingen bråk selv om morgenen. 24 timer åpen butikk og ingen vanskligheter med å finne taxi. Eller var alt fint og nydelig!

schlechtes Hotel, nicht zu empfehlen

Die Zimmer Grössen sind gut aufgeteilt. Die Einrichtung lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Sofa sitz Ecke total verschmutzt. Generell das Zimmer sehr schmutzig. Boden mit Flecken. Alle Griffe wie Türhenkel oder Küchengriffe sehr klebrig und schmierig.Balkon keine gut Aussicht, eigentlich total nutzlos. Badezimmer total veraltet, fast schon ekelig. 4 Personen gebucht und nur 3 Handtücher. Auf bettlaken waren viele Haare. haben auf eigene Handtücher geschlafen.Küche vor schmutz nicht zu benützen, zumal keine Töpfe vorhanden.

A huge space with fully equipped kitchen. Comfy bed and spacious balcony. The view is not of anything, just other hotel apartments. Small indoor pool and questionable restaurant, but if you want to stay in Dubai for around 75 bucks, and find your luxuries and beaches and fancy eateries outside of the hotel, then you will enjoy this hotel.

Good Value and Would Stay there again

This is an apartment hotel. My one bedroom unit included kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and laundry washer and ample counter space especially as compared with extended stay hotels n North America. Living room (seating for four) with TV was very comfortable and included dining area with table and 4 chairs. 3/4 bathroom near front door and full bath en suite with bedroom. Two wardrobes had plenty of room for clothing. Breakfast was available for additional price on first floor. Buffet featured fully cooked breakfast (eggs, sausage, beans, toast, rice) and a few cold items as well (cereal one choice flakes) with milk, various juices. Staff was extremely cordial and helpful. If you are looking for a five star place this is not it, I felt it was good value for the price and was very happy to stay there.

Godt til prisen

Vi skulle blot have en overnatning, og havde bestilt et værelse til to voksne og tre børn. Vi havde betalt 700 danske kroner, og var derfor overraskede over at blive indlogeret i en hel lejlighed på mere end 100 kvm med to værelser og to badeværelser. Absolut i orden for en overnatning!

Not impressed

Hotel staff were friendly and spoke fluent english. Common areas of hotel were well maintained. The room itself was another story. Floors were extremely dirty which was pretty easy to tell when wearing what were formerly white socks. Upon arriving, I had to call staff to repair toilet so that it would flush. Running water in kitchen sink resulted in a mini flood from the floor drain, staff also resolved this problem. Walls of room in need of paint and/or thorough cleaning. Overall, this place needs some TLC inside the rooms, not just common areas.
