Was a bit disappointed in the housekeeping, didn’t have clean cups each day and bed wasn’t made very good each day of stay (duvet was just pulled over the creased under sheet). Also the hotel was introducing having to pay for a pass to enter the pool area, we weren’t charged as we had booked before they had introduced this charge.
