1. Advantages: It is located in the 4th district and is close to the center of the 1st district. You can communicate with the host through KakaoTalk. 2. Hot water: No warm water (winter travellers get cold in the shower) 3. Washing machine (it takes a lot of time and care because it is a problem when dehydrating and you have to try it repeatedly several times.) 4. Cleaning: No cleaning service for 7 nights. (Pillow cover, towel should be washed and used by hand) 5. Towels: 5 are provided. You have to wash and dry them yourself, but the washing machine problem is stressful.) 6. Swimming Pool: Each time you use it, you must contact the host for complementary reasons to register in advance. 7. Screen: The veranda screen with the washing machine is torn open, so when you open the door to use the washing machine, mosquitoes come in. 8. General Comment: According to the experience of using the 3rd Rivergate, each host has a different way of managing the room. If you stay for a long time, you will feel sorry for cleaning and washing. If you stay more than 3 nights, you should use the hotel.

Cheap but bureaucratic.

You don't know how to get your card and key until you arrive. Needed to give passport information for Wi-Fi access. Use the pool once without issue. Needed to contact the host the second time.

I'd stay again, but....

Very difficult to get check in info and keys. I had to chase. Ad says gym, no access to the gym. Rivergate is my favourite place to stay for the location but be careful and check the reviews on who is renting them out. This is the first time I've had any issues.

Apartment near the main centre

This is NOT a hotel. It is an apartment building and there is no check in. You have to have WhatsApp for the owner to text you check in details. One of their staff will meet you at the front with your card to check you in. Make sure you get a sim or have internet when you arrive. The building is in a decent location and there is a pool. Air conditioning was the best part of the apartment.
