This simple hotel was very clean with a nice comfortable bed. There was a mini fridge, coffee maker and burner. There was good water pressure and lots of hot water in the shower. For the price this was a very comfortable stay in a quiet residential area of Playa del Carmen.

Super clean and pretty quiet considering the neighbourhood. Quieter beach areas are close by. Wonderful to have such good water pressure and hot water. Adequate kitchenette with fridge. Nice rooftop area to hang out when cooler. Joeth the manager was very proactive and quick to give us information about local transportation and fixed the leaky sink immediately. The king sized bed was just the right firmness and very comfortable. The fan was a very modern one and whisper quiet and effective. Only turned the AC on once for an hour during our 3 day stay when it was too hot to fall asleep. Would recommend and would stay again. 😎👍🙏

Another great stay at Linda Vecindad! The room is clean, large, and the AC works perfect. Israel has been super nice and helpful as always. Whenever I needed anything such as clothes hangers or toilet paper, just send one message to Isreal and he’ll bring everything to my doorstep within minutes. Great location in a safe neighborhood. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This place is great. The owner Israel is very responsive and nice. I originally stayed at another hotel but their AC was broken. I had to find another hotel last minute at 8:30PM. I found this place because it’s close to where I originally stayed and messaged Israel. He welcomed me to his hotel despite the late time of day. The check in process was super easy too. The hotel is clean and has all basic supplies you’ll need. Israel has been responsive and helpful the whole stay. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone.
