Staff were lovely and helpful. Codes were easy to get into the room and they let us store our bags for a few hours which was nice. I would suggest maybe better blackout blinds for the windows as they let in quite a bit of light, a grater and potato peeler for cooking, bigger mugs for tea and the smell in the bathroom was quite strong from the drains. Other than these small factors we loved our stay. The balcony has sun in the afternoon which was nice, we put one of the chairs out there. Thank you

Peaceful, serene, quiet, oasis - all these words come to mind when I think of Open Sea Suites. Such a lovely surprise when we walked in the door, even down to the welcoming soft smell. I found myself scrunching my towel up to my nose for a deep sniff before I used it, don't change your laundry soap! So clean, so close to everything, so thoughtfully equipped, would love to stay here again if we make it back to the Canary Islands. Thank you, your vision for this place is truly a gift to your customers

Le lieu est propre et très bien placé (proche d’une station de bus). Malgré quelques petits soucis très vite réglé par les équipes sur place, la chambre est spacieuse et très confortable. À noter quand même que le fenêtre donnant sur le couloir est sans volets et la nuit avec la lumière qui s’allume cela peut être gênant pour dormir. Le rideau n’est pas suffisant et laisse passer la lumière sur les côtés. Il manque un peu de vaisselle pour être au top !
