Our family vacation 2 adults and two kids.
The worst experience of my life, since we arrived the security guard treated us very rudely, saying that he did not have a reservation with my name. After 30 minutes waiting he let us in.
We went up to the apartment and since we opened the door there was an unpleasant smell but the worst was yet to come, the apartment was invaded by cockroaches. They walked on the walls, throughout the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Later we go out shopping and when we return we realize that the refrigerator is not working.
We contacted the property manager and he ignored the texts, then I called him and he didn't answer, but a few seconds later he answered my text. He told me that he was trying to fix the problem. In the end I ended up calling Orbitz and he told them that someone would arrive in half an hour to fix the refrigerator, an hour and a half passed and no one came.
In conclusion we could only stay one night and Orbitz helped us cancel the remaining days and we left the property the next day
