My family of six enjoyed everything about our two night three day stay from the special cultural dishes to the comfort of the nice hot soak baths we had. The shuttle to Disney was conveniently helpful and back to our hotel. We would love to come again💜

I love the welcome area, the breakfast buffet, the shuttle to Disney, Lawson Convenience store, the proximity to a shopping mall and dining options and they even provided a wheelchair for my mom. We even had the honor of seeing a wedding. Love this hotel!!!

Although this hotel is about 10 minutes from the parks, they provide excellent service, really comfortable accommodations, the staffing was impeccable, free snacks in the lobby and plenty of toiletry and other items available as needed for you during your stay. If you don’t need to be in the Disney bubble fully. This is an amazing option.

The room was great, had everything we needed. Star were all exceptionally warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great, a variety of food that we weren’t used to for breakfast but we enjoyed it all. 100% Will stay here again next time we stay at Disney. A little far from the city center but the train station is connected to the hotel, so it was extremely easy to get anywhere we wanted to go in Tokyo.
