Spotless clean room. One of the best hotel bathroom with very good towls aand best toilets. Big problem was the suite was a loft design with a very narrow and winding stairs which is not very well lighted. Particularly difficult for 70 + years old customers. The living area and cabinet storage is too small for 2 adultsvto be comfortable.

There was absolutely no hot water available in our room on both the 2 nights we stayed in this hotel. Staff was not able to rectify the issue promptly. No feasible solutions nor alternatives were made by the staff. Had to endure 2 nights of not able to take a hot shower and clean up in the night. The staff promised this would not happen on the 2nd night, but unfortunately the issue occurred again on 2nd night. Most terrible experience we ever had in Malaysia! Highly advised travellers to think twice and be prepared to face cold showers if you stay here.
