Excelente experiencia, super cómodo y super bien ubicado en la mejor Playa de Islas Mujeres, todo lo tienes a unas cuadras y no se ocupa automóvil.

Meget slidt og beskidt hotel. Næsten ingen vand ved toilet skyld og bad. Bruseforhæng sad kun delvis fast og var jordslået. Håndvask beskidt og sad ikke fast på underlag - ej heller vandhane. Rester fra forrige gæsts baderemedier i rist på badeværelse.poolen var lukket og ukrudt og skidt overalt udenfor. Fik først 2 værelser ud af 3 1 time efter lovet indcheckning!!!

Everything was clean. Only complaint was the water pressure was really bad, but not sure they can help that. The wi-fi only worked in the main office area. Otherwise, the place was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at Villa Kiin! Staff was friendly and held our luggage for us on check out day so we could rent a golf cart and explore the island a bit longer. There is a lovely protected cove with white sand that we enjoyed swimming and snorkeling. It's walkable to the touristy areas but we mostly loved getting street tacos!

Excellent place to stay!! Location was ideal and the view off the balcony was amazing. Room was clean. Our only complaint would be the water pressure but not a deal breaker. Would definitely come back!

There is a selection of room types, we stayed in an older building, single level. It was dark inside, yet totally adequate with a large bathroom, closet and bedroom area. The air conditioner white noise helped mask the morning birds, though they did not bother me either. The pool area was just right for small children and cooling off. The beach was our view, gorgeous. The bay was perfect for swimming, wading and snorkeling. Much quieter than the North Beach area because the beach itself was narrow and could only hold so many people. We felt safe. The staff was accommodating. A basic breakfast was included: toast, coffee and juice at a beach restaurant around the corner. We walked to Miguel Hildalgo for dinner - outstanding choices. Spent a day on the South end visiting Punta Sur, Garrafon de Castilla ($10/pp) for some awesome views and wild snorkeling, and Playa Lancheros at La Casa del Tikinxic for the most delicious Whole Red Snapper. Totally recommend spending a night or two on the Island!

We love staying there. It is a little far from restaurants. The trade off is it's just a beautiful location for ocean front. It's not the highest end accommodations but we love it!

They did not respect request at reservations time, don’t have a person to carry lounge to 3 floor, pool freezing, deposit much higher then previous stay and will not return until 48 hours after checking out

Great price, great location. Pretty basic accommodation, but that's all we needed. Staff was friendly. Our bed was comfortable. It's about a 1 minute walk to Playa Norte, and just a couple minutes to Hidalgo, so very convenient. Took us about 10 minutes to walk, with our bags, to and from the ferry port. We didn't use the pool, but it looks nice and other guests seemed to enjoy it. The only thing we didn't like was that the water pressure wasn't great, but not terrible either. And, although not a problem for us, if you have trouble with stairs make sure to book a room on the first floor.
